Absolutely unacceptable grooming job on my Cockapoo. The cut was uneven, sloppy, and nothing like what I requested. Groomer took the time to trim his testicles but butchered his face. It looked rushed and careless, with zero attention to detail. When I brought up my concerns, the groomer's excuse was that he's too busy. That's not an excuse--it's poor professionalism. If you can't take the time to do the job right, don't take people's money. I paid for quality and care, and got neither. I will never return and strongly advise others to take their pets elsewhere. read more

Desiree did a wonderful job working with 'Old Man Poison' and made him look like a dapper little man when she was done. The care and concern these people employ is without par. They even called me up before starting to work on Poison to discuss my choices for his cut. I messaged through the website inquiring about a future grooming for my maltipoo and explained that he has extreme separation anxiety and will be heavily medicated; therefore, I would be waiting for him during his appointment. I received a message back asking what "waiting for him" meant, which is odd since it's pretty self explanatory, but I clarified that I would be waiting in the lobby during his appointment. To which I received a very snarky response stating: "While we admire the love for your pet, our business is not allowing outside public at this time. We have a small lobby area which doesn't supply space for someone to hang around through an entire appointment. We would suggest a mobile groomer to accommodate your specific needs to watch your pet's full process. They are usually really good at accommodating owners who have anxieties towards the grooming and bathing processes." As you can read she tried to slight me at the end of her response when I made it very clear that my dog was the one with extreme anxiety and does not do well under duress. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INSENSITIVE TOWARDS POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. I understand not being able to accommodate special needs dogs which is fine but to further insult a potential customer is absolutely appalling. Also, quite suspicious how adamant they are about not allowing you to watch their grooming process, which to clarify, I had no intention of doing nor did I care to do. The request was again for my special needs dog so if you have a special needs dog, this is not the place for you! read more

I brought my boys here a couple of years ago and then had to move out of town. I moved back recently and this staff remembers my boys. This place is the absolute best. They take care of my boys and treat them very well, I have taken my dogs to other groomers and had some bad experience but at Petagree they are just great! When I dropped them off this morning the boys ran right in because they enjoy it! The staff is friendly and kind and they are true dog people. I won't take my boys anywhere else! This was my first experience with a Groomer. I have neve had any dogs that had to be groomed. I had called 4 other groomers (only because they were closer to my house) whom either didn't answer my call or return my messag, or told me they were not accepting new clients. The lady who initially answered my call at Petagree was very friendly and spent several minutes talking to me about grooming. She was very knowledgeable and sweet about filling me in on the whole process and made me feel very comfortable with how everything. I made my initial appointment for my 12 week puppy and it was easy drop off and they texted me when they were finished. Very easy process and my puppy looks adorable and smells wonderful! 've gone to this place several times but never again after this last time. I spoke with the groomer and explained what i wanted and she agreed to cut it that way. So later that afternoon i get the call to pick up my dog. I get there and they walked out to my car to take your payment (i love that service). Well with the payment, they ask for a tip.. i suggest you don't pay until you see your pet. They walked my dog out and he looked nothing like what i asked for. We got home and over the weekend i realized that my dog's butt was irritated to the point where he was licking and sliding it across the floor. That promoted me to check for other places, where i found that the inside of my dog's ears were not cut as well. So i called to y'all to the manager to explain what was wrong and to ask for a refund. She was very very unprofessional and mean. She told me that nothing was going to be done and i needed to brush my dog. After i have her a few choice words, i got off of the phone. I will never go back and will let everyone know how unorganized and unprofessional this place is. I do not recommend anyone spend their money there. read more

Apparently it is against policy to issue refunds of any kind. The first time we weren't satisfied but they were very kind. The second time they didn't even groom her. Just a bath. I called and was told to bring her in once more to correct the issue. Why would I subject my poor girl to a third time? The fact that they refuse to issue any kind of refund speaks volumes. I boarded my dog here and when I picked him up he was a mess. I brought him home and he was filthy and was very sick. I took him to the vet and he had cough and an ear infection. It took several weeks for my girl to get better but she is still very nervous and clingy. I do NOT recommend this place and suggest you avoid it at all costs unless you want a sick dog. read more

After a nightmarish grooming job, my poms needed to a miracle!! The ladies at Petagree did an amazing job!! Cut was even, nails trimmed and filed, just an overall amazing transformation. Thank you Petagree!! The only thing that I wasn't pleased with, was their pricing was over the top!! It was the most I've ever paid! For a 7 pound and 11 pound Pomeranian, it will be $100. read more

I really like taking my dog here for boarding. I have a Pomeranian (that weighs about 6 pounds) and they are absolutely wonderful with him! There are people specifically in charge of boarding and others in charge of grooming, so their focus is never split. The first time I brought my pup there, I think they could tell I was a little worried, so they offered to put him in one of the available cat rooms if it made me feel more comfortable, which I was very grateful for. He loves getting free time (which is most of the day) with the other dogs his size. And every time I pick him up he's always in a good mood. They do price based on weight, so if you have a larger dog it can get pricey but the care they provide is worth it. read more

We will NEVER use this place again. We normally use a different, more expensive, boarding place. We had a family emergency and our usual place was booked. This was the only place that had any availability and it was 1/4 of the price as our usual place. Too good to be true? ABSOLUTELY! They left our dogs harness on the entire time and even after she chewed parts of it OFF, they left it dangling off of her!! When we picked our dogs up they gave us back all of the food we had brought with them! Well WTH did you feed them?! They gave us some excuses and BS. Our dogs both had stomach issues for WEEKS. And we still have no idea what they fed them. And last but not least- our dogs came home with severe flea issues that they managed to share with our cats too. We wouldn't use this place again if it was the last dog boarding place on earth!!!!!! read more

Absolutely love the team at Petagree... I've been with them for 15 years - and wouldn't go to anyone else... My dog boards with them, he is groomed with them and he spends 3 days a week at doggie day care. They cared so lovingly for my Lab and my Weiner dog who are no longer with me (16 and 18 years) of age and they are over the rainbow bridge. This was the worst groomer I have ever used, I have a 3 year old shih tzu who has been groomed regularly since he was 8 months old. I was quoted a price between $45 to $50 dollars and charged $70 without being called first, just surprise! They said it was because of mats they couldn't "easley" remove, which is part of grooming, and still there were tiny mats left on him. I have removed mats at home, so why can't a "professional" ? Second, they totally messed up his face it was chopped up like they didn't even look at what they were doing. His ears and tail were not trimmed and neither was his bottom cleaned up, overall he looked very choppy. I am really not sure what they did, beside bath him and trim his nails. Even his ears were not cleaned or trimmed. That wasn't the worst of it. I took him in at 8:30 and told he would be ready at 2. He was not done until 4:00. He had no water, and did not go to the bathroom all day, I know because of the urgency when I did get him back. Also you could hear dogs whining and left alone standing on tables while they answered phones, which was very upsetting. Lastly, I have seen cleaner places, I looked around back and there was a tiny pen where apparently they put them outside, because it was covered in feces. I hate to think how long they leave them there in the heat and feces. There were far too many dogs in pens waiting to be groomed. I urge you to reconsider using this groomer at all cost. When you groomer replied she called me a liar... nice! read more

I had my dogs boarded for about 8 days. I spoke with a woman on the phone who said they treat the dogs like family, they let them out a lot to play, use the restroom and treat them the way you would at home. Well I thought that they would be in good hands because the people seemed to genuinely care. Even when I dropped off my pups the establishment was clean and the people seemed extremely nice. However, when I picked them up about a week later it absolutely reeked in the lobby. So much so that my mom got nauseas. We also noticed that the dogs were outside and it was a kind of chilly day. One of my dogs is short haired and she doesn't do well in the cold. It wasn't a problem until I noticed she wouldnt stop shivering when I picked her up. I don't believe that the inside of the dog runs had any heaters attached to them. Also, both dogs smelled absolutely horrid and I noticed that their paws were red and they wouldn't stop licking them. Once I got home I gave the dogs a bath and observed them through the rest of the day until I could get an appointment for my Veternarian on Monday. When I took them to the vet, both dogs have ear infections and have mange on their feet. I know my dogs were healthy before being boarded and I am really upset that they came back with all these problems. It makes me furious at how they were treated. I paid around $300 for my dogs to be taken care of and not have to take them to the vet after and spend $400 there for someone else's negligence. Maybe they were understaffed that week or someone dropped the ball but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. I will not be bringing my pups back. read more
