I can't say enough about this dealership, they were great. my husband arrived from New Orleans to Miami, and they accommodated him by having someone pick him up from the airport. It's not something they do on their own, but he did request it and they came through. The truck he bought was just like the ad displayed and they were in constant communication with me the entire time. He did have 2 issues: 1. The vehicle wasn't washed to his standards, but I have to admit he's really picky when it comes to washing our vehicles. 2. The initial salesman didn't tell him they needed a cashier check before he arrived. He was able to get the funds to them the very next morning, but that was an issue or him that night. Finance was easy to deal with as well. Now we have to give a shout out to a guy name Jose Espinoza. Why? because he took great care of my husband after the transaction was completed. He made sure he got to his hotel safely because he went straight to the dealership when he got off the plane. On the way to the hotel, he took my husband to grab a bite to eat and he was eager to do it. They had great conversation, and he made my husband feel like we were friends for years. I just want to say THANK YOU because they made his trip pleasant. read more

Eduardo -from Brazil - greeted us and treated us like high sticker car buyers. FIRST LET ME RANT After going from dealer to dealer wasting time on sales people who would promise inventory then have zero prepared and even zero to show us on the lot... that is IF they even showed up for us. Ed Morse, Sawgrass and Lexus North Miami made appointments with my daughter for a specific car she wanted and that they had listed. We drove ALL the way out to sawgrass and the sales person AND the car were no shows. Same in Lexus and no apologies but plenty of made up excuses and wait time. ONLY PRAISE FOR EDUARDO AT OLO We left the Lexus dealership and headed to Eduardo who we had an appt with the following Tuesday. We called him to see if we could come in (arrive at 7pm out in Opalocka) and he said sure that once on the lot even if it's past the 9pm closing time we are good. This promise he made good as he accompanied us the entire lengthy process of selecting, testing, purchasing, financing, insuring and driving off the lot at 11:30pm. He even filled the tank, put our plate on, and placed a purple bow on the car as a sweet gesture AFTER a long day where he deserved to go home. He was a gentleman to the end. BUT FIRST When we arrived immediately I'm impressed with the Huge car lot filled with plenty of models and all no older than 2017. Eduardo was spot on with what we wanted and he was able to locate the models we were going to like and afford - miraculously and meticulously spot on. He knows his inventory... and it changes daily. He arranged a test drive when we boiled it down to the Best Buy for us. OLO allows you to test drive for up to 20 min on road alone. Like Tesla... Anthony at the gate who checks you in and out of the lot was also an upbeat happy guy who brought a smile to our weary-with-the-process-of-buying-a-car-faces. And though the cars are dusty from being outside and some are smelly inside (every lot we found the same odd thing) the cars are impeccable: mileage wise all are average 29k as they were leases, and for that same reason are well taken care of. We saw one small ding on one car of the twenty we checked out. Many are even under warranty depending on make. We have 30k or three years left on our model. IMPORTANT Car fax info on all cars and Eduardo took us through to ensure we didn't get literally a lemon, accident, or damaged car. Points for him here too. The Ocean Detailers sticker on the car informs you that they are meticulously detailed before you drive off the lot and Eduardo reminded us of this too. This promise is met and my daughter drove off the lot with a brand new looking and new smelling Kia Niro that she is in love with! THE BUYING PROCESS Is lengthy because buying a car is. But Eduardo takes you through the whole process and lightens the load with his light hearted manner. As I mentioned before the steps need to be taken and are as lengthy as all the parties require. Selection, test drive, check license, finance, purchase, signings, detailing -happens while you dance the process and car is ready before you as you end the day with the insurance coverage , which is never a simple process. FINANCING Was made very easy and pleasant with Oscar who is a whiz in his area. We can't thank him enough for the time he took to make my daughter comfortable with the $ per month. He explains thouroughly and swiftly. Done. He handed us the tag, the decal and Eduardo put it on her car. With a purple bow and a full tank my daughter's first car purchase experience was a dream and have to say made fun to buy by the people there at OLO. Along the whole process we were given full attention (7-11:40pm) and treated with respect and regard. I compare it with my experience at Rallye Motors for an MB and there is no comparison. Thank you Eduardo and Oscar who you should ask for by name to handle your purchasing experience. We will be back for our next purchase and def recommend these two guys and the place. read more

I'm really upset! This place closed, and my husband and I were stuck with our vehicle. They give you five days to return the car, and on day 1 of having the car, they shut the doors, and everything that needed to be done to the car could not be. We spoke to the sales rep, and he was apologetic. He was there for 13 yrs and had no clue. We are stuck with a car we weren't completely sold on. read more

Buying a car can be a traumatic experience, or it can be a breeze. At Off Lease Only, it really was quite simple. This review is for the Miami location. The Palm Beach location was not nearly as good and I'll be reviewing that one separately. I had been looking for a particular car for a few years. I knew it would be quite some time before I could afford to buy it new, and buying a used car can often mean buying someone else's headaches. So, it's been a process of trying to find one. I decided to look into a lease-return. There were a lot of reasons why I settled on Off Lease Only, starting with their huge selection of vehicles. Also, every vehicle comes with a Car Fax and an inspection. You can read them before you even go for a test ride. Lastly, their price was unbeatable. I decided to compare vehicles, the vehicle I purchased was nearly identical to a vehicle I found locally on a car sale website. That site is fairly popular and lists cars for many dealerships. The difference in the vehicle I purchased and the one on their site was minimal. The price difference was about $4,000. Off Lease Only had the lower price for essentially the same vehicle. What you need to know about Off Lease Only is that they will add a dealer's fee to the price of the vehicle. That's about $300. Plus, many of their vehicles have been in accidents, but since they were under lease (and full insurance was mandatory), they have been fixed. You'd have a hard time telling that anything was ever wrong with them. The sales team were excellent. I dealt with Sebastien for most of the transaction and then with Oscar when it came time to do the paperwork. I can't say anything about their financing because I had my own, but Oscar was very friendly and helpful. Sebastien was great to work with and I would highly recommend both of them. There was another finance manager I spoke with on my first trip in, and if I could remember his name I'd tell you to avoid him, but I can't remember it. So, instead ask for Oscar. He was awesome. read more

It was an easy experience to get the vehicle but turns out that's not the best. After driving home noticed the front passenger nor rear passenger power locks worked nor did the horn! Also, they sold me a vehicle with mismatched tires, I changed them quickly after but now the 4x4 system might be compromised thus resulting in a potential expensive repair to the transfer case. Either just be more careful when purchasing or just stay away completely. read more

Excellent choices of various models. One price, no haggles! You can take their financing or arrange your own.

I was in the market for a new car and remembered what a great experience my boyfriend had buying his car a few years ago at Off Lease Only Ft. Lauderdale. I'd been shopping for about a month and had visited a few other car dealers, including Off Lease Ft. Lauderdale. I didn't find what I wanted there, so I decided to check out Off Lease Miami. The lot was huge, so many options. I walked into their main building and was greeted immediately and approached by Abraham. He was kind and asked what I was looking for today. I explained my car journey, and he walked me over to a computer, showed me how to shop their cars: by price, build, features I wanted, mileage, etc. He let me browse the computer alone which I appreciated. No pressure. When I was ready to test drive, there were 5 vehicles I was considering. Abraham was patient, didn't put any pressure on me when I was test driving. He went with me on my test drives, then I picked my car- a 2017 Chevy Trax. The process thereafter was long, lots of waiting and paperwork. I was able to trade in my current vehicle, as a down payment. RJ in financial helped me and he was great. He worked with auto loan companies to get me the best APR rate. When my monthly payment was higher than expected, we talked through options to lower the rate and how to pay less over time & reduce my APR. He was so helpful with my overall buying experience. I left happy, with my new vehicle! There was an issue with a notification light that wouldn't turn off, they tried to fix it, but the car needed more time for the issue to be fixed, so I needed to make an appointment for that. I live near Ft. Lauderdale, so they said they'd have the Ft. Lauderdale location call me to schedule my maintenance. I appreciated not having to go back to Miami for the service. The only thing that would have made my experience better, would be if we could have calculated the monthly cost & APR after my trade in before committing to a vehicle. So, if it was too expensive, I could have picked another car. CarMax does this, but it all worked out. Any way: Overall very, very happy! Their customer service is top notch! Just try to see about financing before committing to a vehicle, if you're very budget conscious. I think there is an option to estimate financing on their website. read more

I was in the market for a ~3 year old Lexus IS and after asking around and doing some homework I decided to visit this Miami location. PSA: Off Lease Only has a certain type of vehicle: affordable C-grade fixer upper cars. If you want your money (and car) to last you a long while, I wouldn't buy here. These cars have had accidents and have been repaired to a budget. They're sometimes beat to shit, and other times they're just a little bent here and there. The bumpers might not fit exactly right, and so you'll have a beater car more or less, despite most cars only being 3 years old. Expects small scrapes and less than mint condition. The repairs will be obvious, none of their cars will look like the ones you can get from CarMax or a Lexus dealer (those cost more because they're in better shape). I'd buy here if I wanted to just buy a car to show off. This isn't the case though, I'd like a mint condition vehicle and I'm willing to pay more for that. The less issues a car has up front, the less likely it is to give me issues down the line. Also, if I keep it nice like I do, I can resell it for more down the line. In my situation I'll be skipping Off Lease Only. Now, if you don't know much about cars and need one ASAP - they probably won't completely rob you. Their prices are affordable and just right for what you get. I just want everyone to know what they're getting - cars in C condition. Service was very good, thanks Will D. I got to test drive two cars by bringing my license and car insurance for me. The process was quite quick, I just wish their cars would be in better condition. read more

I would definitely recommend this place. Pricess are great, service is fast , and It was a great experience over all. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. Was helped by Luis Rojas and also helped by finance manager Jack ! Both very nice and informative and made the process a great experience while getting my dream Car ! a couple days after I had to bring my car back in because the bumper was hanging a little. A week and a half later after being told it'll be 3 business days, after calling everyday to check in and see how it's going and just today I'm told it'd be ready Monday because they just realized it needs a new bumper. What have they been doing this whole time? They're customer representatives in Miami are rude and sound like miserable typical Miami girls. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. . Ridiculous. This place is not even 1 STAR. And they keep deleting my reviews read more

Pretty good experience here. Was happy with the pick service and price. Only bummer was that as I was pulling away my left window didn't move up and down and got stuck. Instead of being able to fix the issue immediately the manager only offered to come back another time waste half of my day to fix the issue. The window started working later in the day and I never got it fixed as the issue didn't occur again. Five stars if I would gotten a better service by the manager. Make sure you go with a mechanic that is able to look at the vehicle for you before you close the deal. I paid a local mechanic $100 he opened the hood and realized the dealership was selling me the vehicle with a battery that had acid coming out of it. My sales associate got it replaced quickly. Two months later and all seems to be well! read more

Please show this to any of our employees...ha ha ha....the employees looked at me like I grew a third eye of something....we don't do that. Wait let me show my co worker. I've bought 3 vehicles from this company and the buying experience is very straight forward. There is no pressure, there is no negotiations, straight forward price, end of story. With that being said, shop around and make sure you know what you're buying. Make sure the car is the way you want it because they are sold as is. Check for things like alignment, fault lights, floor mats, etc. DO NOT sign and leave the lot without the things you need! They will give you the car fax and will also give you a report of the accident so that you can make an informed decision. I will visit them for my vehicles buying needs in the future. read more

I have been buying cars from Off lease for many years. Did you a great job in Miami? However, the last car I bought recently I purchased a extended warranty against my better judgment from this company. The level of protection was there. However, I sold the car and now I'm trying to get a refund. I've been at it now for several weeks. I have emailed them. multiple times it was explained to me that it can take up to 10 weeks to get your money back. That's ridiculous. They took my money in less than three minutes. I thought I knew everything about Off lease but this is unacceptable and nobody will return the phone call give me any answers. I'll quote what I was told it's A process yes it's a process to keep my money longer than they deserve. I think I'll purchase a car somewhere else in the future. read more

I purchased a vehicle in June 2021. I was issued a IOU for a glove compartment assembly. Being a snow bird I stressed that I would be leaving for the summer and would not return until the Fall. When I returned 6 months the manager in West Palm told be it was sent back and they would not honor the IOU since it was to long of a period had lapsed. Horrible experience. Buyer Beware. I called and made an appointment to view a specific vehicle that fit my price range and what I needed. I called ahead of time to confirm my appointment and drove the 45 minutes to the Palm Beach Store. When I got there, I waited about 20 minutes until I was met with one of the managers who advised that vehicle had been sold, however they had one similar. They took me out to the lot, and by appearances it was a nice vehicle....HOWEVER....READ THE CARFAX!!!! READ THE SERVICE HISTORY AS TO WHERE THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN!!!! This vehicle had reported STRUCTURAL DAMAGE and had also been an up north vehicle, meaning it had been exposed to salt, etc. I told the associate to put it back. Typical bait and switch... do your homework. Read the FREE CARFAX REPORT!!! Don't buy a lemon. read more

My husband and I went here for the first time to shop for a car. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, by the size facility, and by the large inventory. We were greeted nicely by many people and felt welcome right off the bat. We knew what car we wanted to see, so it was brought around for us and reviewed with the sales person, Boris. We were happy to find out that we did not have to travel with the sales person and were able to do go for the test drive by ourselves. I think that makes a huge difference when shopping for a car. Their prices are very competitive and are under Kelley blue book values. There is a no haggle policy so the price is the price which we also liked as well. The biggest selling point is there is no dealer fee! I recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a used car. read more

My husband and I traveled 12 hours to come see this place (there are 4 locations) and there was a particular car I was interested in. We came prepared with a pre-approved loan and check in hand. The salesman was very professional; courteous, informed and attentive. Between my husband and I, we have purchased several used vehicles over the past 16 years together and this purchase was the best and most efficient car buying experience we have had. If you understand their process and can appreciate the common sense approach and efficiency, then you will also be pleased. Thumbs up to Franklin, Ray and Mavrick for their professionalism, patience and an overall job well done! I am already planning my next purchase for my 16 yr son's first car. not a good place to buy a car in my opinion. I looked at a lot of dealers for a Mercedes. Found a nice one at Off Lease Miami but the tires were almost worn bald. I would have sealed the deal had they either replaced the tires or gave me a discount but the sales person said our prices are firm, zero wiggle room. Manager said the same, how they move lots of inventory and prices are below market. So, I checked at the Mercedes dealer and found the same car, with lower miles, and they financed me longer since it's Mercedes and I was able to add a 5 year warranty. Thank god, I didn't go with off lease. Also, I checked the off lease Miami website and the same Mercedes they could have sold me had they wanted to move the car is still weeks later lol. Comedy. Instead of giving me a couple hundred dollar discount they are sitting on a car. Bottom line, their prices are high, can find better car direct from the dealer and add the warranty. read more

Posting an email that was blatantly ignored by the manager. They don't care about customer service all they care about is that money. I even email to follow up hello I expected an answer and nothing. "Ray, I would advise setting realistic expectations for wait times and having a system that is transparent. I waited over 90 minutes to sit down in a business office and complete the purchase of the car. Every 15-20 minutes or so I was told I'd be up "soon". The only person concerned about my wait time was my salesperson Mark, the manager (business, finance?) Johnathan even rolled his eyes when Mark asked a follow up question regarding wait times. A complete damper on what was almost a perfect experience. The actual finance person I worked with, Erik, was efficient, respectful, and friendly. The selection on this lot is beyond ridiculous! You definitely get the money you pay for for these cars. Definitely ask the salesman along with the product information given online. My specific car I picked out said that It had an accident but the Carfax report did not. When I asked him about this, they were upfront and honest and said that this car had been involved in a small impact accident but not yet reported on the Carfax report. There is still a lot of confidence in this lot dealership and the specific salesman I've dealt with. I will definitely give recommendations here as I was recommended by a family member and eventually Purchased a car that I'm using today and has been great so far! They saved me around $7000 and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to buy the car here. There are a lot of people on the lot and they do not rush you but do not give you extra attention as well. You need to come in and on the lot knowing what you're going to get at least narrow down to two or three cars. Have fun and have a lot of patience as there's a lot of paperwork to sign. read more

STAY AWAY AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Had a terrible experience with them and they employ bad business practices, bait and switched me! My fiance purchased a car with them with a terrible 30% APR loan that we are now looking to sell as we have a 9 month old baby and have another car and don't need the extra burden of their exploitative monthly payments. I called in advance and spoke with Tamari the manager at length and told him that before we drive up an hour with the baby in order to sell this car, will the amount offered online be the be honored on location, as this is a long drive and I want to make sure I'm not wasting my time. He told me explicitly - YES, if the car has no cosmetic or functional defects, and the condition is as stated in the online appraisal, the offer will be honored. Great! we kept the car in pristine condition and were excited to get rid of it. So we packed up the baby and drove up through the classic Hialeah traffic, and of course, what a surprise! - They offered us $5000 less than what was offered online. The agent even did an inspection of the vehicle, and agreed it was in great condition, it even had LESS miles than what we even reported online. I asked him what the reason for the lower offer was and he told me he had no idea and that's just how their system is. Of course Tamari was nowhere to be found and was unable to be reached. I told him I was extremely upset and would file a complaint with the BBB as this is a classic bait and switch technique to bring in a customer and then lowball them and hope to get their car at a reduced price. He said he would have the manager call me back the next day and what a suprise again! Never received a call back. I tried to reach him myself and was put on hold for a few minutes and then hung up on. Please save your time and bring your business elsewhere rather than deal with these shady crooks. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM. SCAMMERS ! They work with the banks to overcharge customers. I called and asked for the finance director cause of the terrible interest rate they gave me. The calls were never answered They gave me a run around claiming someone would call me back but, Of course no one ever did. I called again and again I finally reach TAMARI THOMPSON who got defensive and aggressive on the phone waaaaay to fast . Obviously he is used to these kind of calls and complaints and he wouldn't let me talk nor explain why I'm an upset customer . So I left it at that . Gonna leave reviews everywhere possible . Here, google, social media etc. to make sure the people know they will get taken advantage of and robbed off their money. The car was given to me with no floor matts as well. They just threw some matts in the back that don't even belong to this vehicle. Pathetic the way they work and treat customers . I learned my lesson, NEVER BUY FROM OFFLEASEONLY again . After test driving a similar automobile in my city, I sent a text to my salesman about moving forward with the purchase. He did not respond to me. I sent another text the following morning, asking if he was working. Hours later, he sent me a text that said he had been busy. We were in the midst of closing the deal, when he informed me that someone else was test driving the car I had committed to.
