Their installers are their own employees-- no "outsourcing" installations to third-party vendors! Many of their staff have been with them for decades, which says everything about how dedicated Nur and Metin are to caring for both their customers and their staff. We contacted almost a dozen solar companies before selecting Ally and are so happy we did. They are first-class people and a pleasure to work with. Supposedly Jeff (the Business Owner) is no longer with the company and has gone back East, so not sure who is leading their future efforts. The entire system, including battery and thirteen panels, was installed according to Ramiros's expert design within just four hours. Good quality hardware was used to tie to the roof, which was inspected by our roofer and given a big thumbs up for not causing problems.
