They were able to repaint the trim and I took the opportunity to add a custom touch to my interior by changing the OEM silver color to a nice tan color. A few days later I was able to pick up the trim piece. The shape and texture of the dash piece did not allow for the painted trim to be 100% precisely masked so Excel offered to touch up some areas of overspray later in the week when the paint was completely dry. I wound up just taking care of the overspray myself and I even added some pinstripes with some vinyl wrap.
