I was actually supposed to have my first…read moreappointment next week but I was in a lot of pain and extremely uncomfortable that Dr. Cornell and the office manager lady Kim went out of their way and accommodated me and brought me in today at last minute. They truly cared about me as a patient and as a person. I moved to Knoxville, TN about 2 months ago for work. I've been seeing my previous urologist in NJ for years for my urological issues. My urological issues are embarrassing to me and it is very difficult for me to find the right person I'm comfortable with for treatment. I couldn't find anyone in Knoxville that could help my specific issue and that I was comfortable with as well. I did some research and I found Dr. Cornell and saw he had lots of experience with my issue and offered the same kind of treatments as my previous doctor. At my appointment today I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Cornell. I was surprisingly more comfortable with him than my previous urologist I've seen for years. He is very nice and listens well. He offers excellent advice. And his treatment was even better and more effective than my NJ urologist as well. I am doing so much better right now and I'm grateful. I have to drive 3 hours each way to see Dr. Cornell but it is worth it to me. He is now my official urologist and I will be seeing him regularly. I am extremely grateful and relieved that I found him. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a urologist. Honestly I believe he is the best doctor and this is the best doctor office I've ever been to. Please check him out. He will help you. Thank you Dr. Cornell and Kim. - Christopher Neller

I was referred to Dr. Cornell by my internist, and I'm so glad I was!…read more I saw Dr. Cornell as a new patient today, and he and his staff could not have been nicer or more efficient. Once I got there and gave his office manager my paperwork, I only had to wait long enough for her to photocopy my license and insurance and start a chart, which took no more than 10 minutes. I was taken back quickly, and waited no more than 10 minutes again to see Dr. Cornell himself. Dr. Cornell was EXTREMELY thorough, and looked over my past history, looking for anything that could help him piece together a picture of what was going on with me; which I really appreciated. He answered every question (even if I accidentally asked more than once), made sure I knew exactly what was going on, and took as much time as I needed to understand his conclusions, course of treatment, and the reasoning behind it. Dr. Cornell listened and made sure he understood exactly what I was saying before coming to any conclusions or making a diagnosis. It was so wonderful to have a doctor that really listened and spent time with me. I cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Cornell today.

This is the most poorly run doctor's office I've ever visited. It's hard to get in touch via…read morephone, the hold times are forever. I received a message to confirm an appointment, but there's no option to cancel, only to confirm. I have to dial the office to get it canceled, and there's a 20 minute wait to talk to a person, and then this person puts me on hold so they can call another person ??? The physicians are decent, everyone else is inept. I visited a PA who was dressed in a track suit and unfamiliar with my file, totally professional. There's a sign in front warning patients not to be rude to the staff. Instead of telling people not to complain, maybe they should show as much care for their patients as they do for their own staff.

Do NOT take your kids to Georgia Urology. Georgia Urology is completely inept at running their…read morepractice and they do not care about the impact that they have on patients and families. We were over an hour past our appointment time today and they provided ZERO proactive transparency about the delays, nor did any employee say they were sorry for the delays. Others in the waiting room had been waiting 2+ hours past their appointment times. We asked for Dr. Garcia-Roig to come and speak to us about the delays. He did not do that. Ultimately, we took about 4 hours off work today for this appointment (which was only scheduled today because Georgia Urology asked us to move to this day to ACCOMMODATE THEM). We finally had to leave because we had waited too long and there was no end in sight. I hope we receive a direct phone call from Dr. Garcia-Roig to explain and apologize. We will be escalating this issue further. We will no longer be patients of this practice given that they showed zero care or sympathy for us.
