Seating is first come, first seated and there are a wide variety of seats but most are stacking conference room style chairs. There are some locations that do not see the stage very well and they will be used last. The servers are on top of it. getting to your table promptly. Everyone has a 2 item minimum but there are plenty of options both food and drinks. The food's quality is average but I am not coming here for the food. Wings are bulk prepared, heated, and sauces add the flavor. We had buffalo sauce and there are 2 other options (teriyaki and ?) The philly french dip added cheese and peppers to a french dip. I believe the fries are Sysco products that are then cooked on site. Overall, simple bar food.

Mood: date night with Bruce Bruce…read more Comedy show was amazing. Bruce Bruce was funny as always and a joy to hear. My issue was the venue itself. The layout is horrible- seating arrangements was not made for adults. Either sitting too close or in weird angle. Definitely not enough space for servers or people that HAVE to buy two items. Not a fan of that set up. Tickets can't be downloaded digitally is also very strange- waiting in a parking lot until show time unless you buy a drink prior to show. I am 6'3 and could not get comfortable to enjoy the show in full action because someone was literally elbow in my side & person in front of me in my lap basically. No thank you. Good show but that venue is too many chairs not enough space.

Didn't have high expectations before going, because honestly it's a local comedy club in small town…read moreClarksville - yet was thoroughly impressed by the end of the night. First of all, where else does that DJ Folley work around town? Because he was able to entertain and keep the pre-party hyped whether it was 10 people to a full house of 200 people. Walked in about 7:30, and thought it wouldn't be a full crowd as it was only about 15 people. By the time the show started an hour later, it was a close to a sold out audience with 200 people. The comedian we went to see, Gerald Kelly(and his sons) started out a little bit late(not sure whose fault that was), but not going to hold that against him or the venue. Because we honestly left around 11:00PM and he was still cracking jokes, relaxing, and going back and forth with the audience. He wasn't like some comedians - this is my set and just leaves soon as it was over. His sons, who were only 6 and 13, commanded the stage as if they were grown men, and their jokes were relatable for their age and hit home to the audience. Grown & Sexy Vibe, amazing DJ, no drink minimum, diverse crowd, free parking, and only $20.00 tickets(Cheaper than parking in Nashville.) Definitely a great venue and event to have an affordable date night in Clarksville. The only thing that I would change is that they should have events more than once a month, if that. Shame they couldn't have something more often than 11-12 times a year.

Our waitress she was sweet and very attentive and kept coming around asking a Sweet need anything I actually love that because normally when you go to a bar in Clarksville, you have to go to the bar to get your beer you don't get waited on, but yes, I will be returning to this place because I did have a good time with my friend Arron. I also won my tickets. Not sure how but I will be paying customer next time So if you want somewhere to go, that's nice. You should check Joker's Comedy House out. Willie Bee was good. The first comedian he was pretty funny too can't think of his name though sorry.

Came here on a Saturday evening to the 10:00pm show. Not many guests were at this show maybe 20 people. Joker's is decent in size and there's plenty of room to move around without feeling crowded. They do offer food and drinks. There is a 2 item minimum per person at each table. There is a lamp on each table that you use to tap to change the color to a white light if you're requesting service of some sort. Pretty neat and unlike other comedy venues I've been to. Ordered an espresso martini which was room temp when brought to the table. We notified our server of it and asked to change the drink, but was told the manager said "we can not take this off of your bill, but we can chill it for you." So it was poured into the shaker over ice and tossed a few times and repoured and brought back over. 3 other drinks were ordered, but nothing about them stood out to recommend. Food wise we ordered okra (absolutely no seasoning), Philly egg rolls 2/5; expectations were a bit high for the quality received, and catfish bites (fried too hard). I would come here again to watch a show, but prob wouldn't order food.

YOU WILL NOT REGRET SEEING THIS TROUPE…read more Seriously - they are not only hilarious, but super fun people! High energy, while at the same time low key and intimate performances with smaller crowds. They can take literally any suggestion and make it incredible - and they will almost never go in the direction you think they will! Date night, team building, work friends night out, non work friends night out...even family night out - they try to keep it PG/PG-13, and still kill it! For real though, why are you still reading this review? Go buy your tickets to their next show!!!!

Where as some improv shows can really be awkward with poor taste or just niche jokes (AKA: beating to death sex jokes), this group really has insanely amazing creativity. What I really like about this is that every show is tons of group participation and the stage is small, so there really is no such thing as a bad show. Oh, yes and they always take advantage of the opportunity to add some Nashville flair in it (AKA: local knowledge), just to give it a home town touch. Trust me, it is worth every penny of the 10 dollar ticket (got it, in LA there are 3 dollar improv shows... but this is better than them all!).

As others have mentioned the instructors are often yelling and show lack of care for young performers/their skills/feelings (they don't even bother learning kids' names and rather address them by the roles they are playing). Therefore, we cannot recommend that other parents entrust their children or their family's money to this organization. When my wife voiced our concerns after our daughter was truly reluctant to continue at the camp after just two days, we received the reply posted below from Sondra, which placed the blame back on our child. Suffice it to say, we were very disappointed. And we were rather incensed that the seemingly admitted/acknowledged loud tone of voice repeatedly directed towards our child (as well as the child of family friends' who also signed up to be a student/camper) was excused away as being necessary to "project our voices to be heard" to "move 40 kids on a stage". Really? Seriously? It's not a license to yell at kids. We were looking for a fun, fulfilling, challenging event for our daughter to continue her growth during the summer break. Such was not our experience with Act Too. EMAIL REPLY DATED July 10, 2024: Thank you for the email and we are sorry that [REDACTED] will not be completing the week with us. Honestly, in 22 years of doing these camps, we have never had anyone complain about our space. We give the kids several breaks, but we are a training program and we do dance them as well. The floors we have are dance floors and have a bounce to them to prevent injuries. I'm sorry to hear that she was hurting. Ms. Erica is an excellent teacher and works very hard at having the children feel successful. I'm sorry to hear the she was scared of Ms. Erica- needless to say we are not in the business of scaring children. We want them to love musical theatre. Camp should be fun, but with a musical theatre camp there is work expected as well. Trying to move around 40 kids on a stage can be challenging and at times we all have to project our voices to be heard. I do hope that you both have a wonderful rest of your summer and she will be missed. Because we had a long waiting list for this camp and we cannot replace her spot, we will not be able to give you a refund. Best, Sondra
