Came here on a Saturday evening to the 10:00pm show. Not many guests were at this show maybe 20 people. Joker's is decent in size and there's plenty of room to move around without feeling crowded. They do offer food and drinks. There is a 2 item minimum per person at each table. There is a lamp on each table that you use to tap to change the color to a white light if you're requesting service of some sort. Pretty neat and unlike other comedy venues I've been to. Ordered an espresso martini which was room temp when brought to the table. We notified our server of it and asked to change the drink, but was told the manager said "we can not take this off of your bill, but we can chill it for you." So it was poured into the shaker over ice and tossed a few times and repoured and brought back over. 3 other drinks were ordered, but nothing about them stood out to recommend. Food wise we ordered okra (absolutely no seasoning), Philly egg rolls 2/5; expectations were a bit high for the quality received, and catfish bites (fried too hard). I would come here again to watch a show, but prob wouldn't order food.

The owner and his wife were very friendly and kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The wings at this place are delicious as well as the catfish, I highly recommend both! This is awesome place to go with friends or a date or just check out a show by yourself. Standup comedy is so much fun and everyone should see a show at least once! I had such a good time and I really hope to be back again soon!

Zanies had Josh Johnson a while ago before his tour blew up and the tickets were like 30ish bucks. They book good acts pretty consistently. As I've said previously, they pack people in. Chairs are jammed together, especially up front. But we made it work and had a good view right next to the stage. We did buy VIP tickets (not all shows offer those) so that played into it. There really isn't a terrible seat in the house, but the upstairs tables are arranged perpendicular to the stage. Doors open at 5:30 for the 7 PM show. I recommend getting there early, snagging a good seat, and having some bar grub. The food isn't amazing, but it meets expectations for this type of venue. Smash burgers, wings, pretzel bites, quesadillas. Again, drinks are okay, maybe a little weak, but that's not unexpected either. Three drinks, pretzel bites, smash burger, and tip was about 100 bucks. The 18 percent gratuity is automatic. I say arrive at 5:30 because we arrived at 6:30 (traffic) and all the free Zanies parking was full. We parked at the pay lot across the street, next to the additional Zanies lot, which defaults to 12 hours duration and costs 30 bucks. When we left the show a little after 9, that was full too. Getting into the show upon arrival was easy, fast, and efficient. Also, some shows will have you lock your phone in a Yondr case, as the Godfrey show did (the Adam Conover show we went to a few years ago didn't have them). A worthwhile way to spend a weekend night with a decent price tag, especially for Nashville.

The drinks were really good (and definitely a little strong... not complaining at all ). The food honestly surprised me in the best way--chicken fingers and sweet potato fries were so yummy, and the honey mustard + ketchup combo was perfection. And the chocolate mousse cake? Absolute bomb. But what really made the night was our server, Charisma--she was AMAZING. Super friendly, attentive, and just added to the whole experience. Great place, great energy, and I'll definitely be back!

YOU WILL NOT REGRET SEEING THIS TROUPE…read more Seriously - they are not only hilarious, but super fun people! High energy, while at the same time low key and intimate performances with smaller crowds. They can take literally any suggestion and make it incredible - and they will almost never go in the direction you think they will! Date night, team building, work friends night out, non work friends night out...even family night out - they try to keep it PG/PG-13, and still kill it! For real though, why are you still reading this review? Go buy your tickets to their next show!!!!

This is probably the best improv I have ever seen in my life (tied with Upright Citizen's Brigade…read morein New York City). Where as some improv shows can really be awkward with poor taste or just niche jokes (AKA: beating to death sex jokes), this group really has insanely amazing creativity. What I really like about this is that every show is tons of group participation and the stage is small, so there really is no such thing as a bad show. Oh, yes and they always take advantage of the opportunity to add some Nashville flair in it (AKA: local knowledge), just to give it a home town touch. Trust me, it is worth every penny of the 10 dollar ticket (got it, in LA there are 3 dollar improv shows... but this is better than them all!).
