I also did not think to ask, which I regret--especially given that this is an expensive, high-end salon. From the start, I had concerns. During the shampoo, water was sprayed into my ear. The stylist did not have a tool cart and instead removed clips and unholstered scissors directly from a drawer, which felt unprofessional. When I showed her a reference photo, she appeared confused. At that point, I should have left. As the cut began, it became clear she was very inexperienced. To avoid further issues, I asked her to simply trim the hair straight across and remove about an inch. Even this basic trim took an unusually long time. When she finished, she called another stylist over to check her work, which confirmed my concerns. At checkout, I was charged $55. When I questioned the price for a student-level stylist, I was told she was a "junior stylist." I paid the bill, left a tip, and left feeling extremely disappointed with both the experience and the lack of transparency.

Brenda was finishing up with a client and a few minutes later she was ready for me. I have never had a wax with strips ( im used to the hard wax) and i usually de robe from the bottom down but Brenda provided me with cotton like panties to wear during the wax. The STRIPS were VERY PAINFUL i mean getting waxed is not like being licked by kittens at all but ive been getting waxed for YEARS and it def hurt. All and all i was pretty happy with the results and if i was ever in a pinch again i would def call/email Brenda. The only reason why this isnt a full 5 star review is the pricing. Brazilians are 72.00 thats more than im used to paying even with tip. Its def a great wax but the price point is just out of my range (buying the yelp deal really helped me out ALOT ) I also didnt even think about it until i left but part of my brazilian wax at any other place includes a back door clean up.
