It was either installed incorrectly or the wrong material was used. The employee told me to give it time to break in, but after months and months, it is still incredibly difficult to open the door without shoving it open. I sent an email on 11/5/18 requesting she send someone out to evaluate, but I never received a response. I sent a second email on 12/14/18, still no response. The bottom line is she apparently does not stand by the work her employees complete, so I will now have to hire someone to fix the work her employee did. Just be aware that if you have an issue, she will probably ignore you too.
