I hired Leaktight and David Coleman to perform numerous concrete projects at my business. I have…read morebeen a contractor my whole career and realize the importance of doing great work and more importantly fixing poor quality work. Most of his work was adequate until he poured a front step into the building. They splashed concrete everywhere and I had to hire a third party to clean it up. This step is 2 years old, was done twice and was not done properly. It has deteriorated to the point that it needs to be redone. He will not return any of my phone calls. I want to meet and he avoids me. I call from different phones he answers then will not pick up for a future call. He is not a dependable contractor and will not warranty his work.
