Naturally this leads to the obvious conclusion: the owner is either an avid fisherman... or coffee roasting is just the side hustle between trout expeditions. Either way, the theme works. There were ornaments and chocolate truffles for sale and a wide variety of pastries and sweets. I got the pumpkin bread ($4.25) and a medium biscochito latte.
