This was my first car. My boyfriend was friends with them so I thought I could trust them... After only a month the check engine for my 2015 Audi Q5 came on. I call the warranty company to figure out Andre never filed it even though it came with the car. After 1 year of fighting I still don't have the full warranty as was sold. Furthermore, said ALPHA warranty doesn't actually cover almost anything if you read the fine print. Unprofessional, waited for hours at a time to never even be seen. Cheapest brakes, bad axels, bad turbo, seized toe adjustments, leaking oil pan. All from a "pristine" car. We donated money, time, and our own belonging believing in their charity. Their collective morals are as worthless as that ALPHA Warranty DONT BUY HERE!!! Ask the employees that have quit. No man of god would act this way. Im looking for another Saab convertible. After my dealings with ODA in the past I won't give them another dime. I bought a 2005 Saab convertible from them a couple years back that turned out to be a good car after I put some money into it. I had trouble with the top going down. Bought an 05 Saab w/low miles in April. Good price however during the first 30 days we brought the vehicle back twice. Every other day the vehicle wouldn't start. Partially our fault and should have brought it to our/real mechanic to get checked out. Obvious issues all led back to faulty Alternator. Either ODA could not figure this out or didn't want to do the repair. Seem like nice people but our experience was NOT great. read more

My adult child bought a car there two years ago. Andrey was really nice, his brother also very nice. The transaction was great, signed onto a warranty program. After that, communication went downhill. They did not answer the phone during business hours, did not return calls. They were extremely difficult to get in touch with. When the car was left there for repairs, it was often there for days with the excuse that they did not have time to get to it. They would give a day and time to drop off, give a commitment of a day or two to repair, but the car sat there for a week at least once. They also did not take responsibility for their communication issues. Very disappointed, seemed like such a nice family car business. Would not recommend to anyone at this time. read more

I was shopping on a tight budget. I'd had to sell my previous truck at a huge loss (it needed more work than I could afford), and took every penny I had from the sale to ODA. There was an 03 Honda Element that I could afford. Came with inspection, temp plates and a 30 day warranty. Wow, what a deal! The guys showed me all the new parts on it.. I couldn't believe I was getting such a great deal! The last week of my warranty, the check engine light came on. I called and brought the Element in for repair. I also mentioned that the air conditioning and cruise control didn't work. This is where things started to go downhill for me. I was told it was the throttle body, and that they had to order the part. It would take about 6 days. I was asked if I could take the car back home, as they didn't have room on the lot to keep it. Sure; I live 10 miles away. No worries. While I was there, I mentioned the a/c and cruise control didn't work. I thought that if these features were listed in the car spec's description, that they should be working? ODA told me they would write up a quote for the parts/labor. Well. I get home and research throttle body failure and realize that the car could literally die at any time. I have three kids.. one of whom lives 61 miles away part time at his Dad's house. So my car is sitting in my driveway and I have no transportation. This all started on Oct 25, 2021. Today is Nov 7, 2021 and I still have no car, with no part in sight. I feel as though I'm being taken advantage of because I am a woman. And I know how annoying that is to hear, but my gosh. Promise of a part to be fixed, and it still isn't. Told that the a/c and cruise will come out of my pocket, even though they were listed as available options on the website. I really just wish I could sell the car and try and find something else. Or maybe they can buy it back? I dunno. I'm without a car and no money to get something else. read more

For awhile my husband and I have been shopping around for a third family car for our teenagers to use. We did not want to spend a lot on this car given that it has the potential to take a beating. As we shopped we noticed that a lot of places selling cars in our price range sold them "as is". Our biggest fear was driving home and finding a problem and being stuck with a huge repair. We wanted to find a place that stood by their cars. When we met Dimitry and his brother, Andre, we found them to be friendly and helpful, not like many other sales people we encountered over our search. We liked the feel of the family run business. Buying the car was a quick and easy process, but when we got home we noticed a few things that were easy to miss. We called right away and arranged to bring it in. We had already planned to bring it in a week later to check on some of their work at their request. Within a day, I started to hear something and I called. They promised to check on everything when I brought it back. They took care of all of the issues and we couldn't be happier. They let me drive off the lot with a car they knew had issues but tried to convince me otherwise. On my way home the check engine light came on and the car started violently shaking. They stopped responding to calls and texts and waited until I was out of the 30 day warranty period. They only took action once I left a negative review but they mishandled the situation and my car still has a check engine light on. read more

This is an honest review. When I spoke with Dimitri about the Scion XB I asked very specific questions about the rust repair needed. I explained my recent dilemma of losing my vehicle to rust rot in my rear suspension on my 05 Equinox, which was deemed unrepairable . I expressed clearly I could not take that risk again. It was expressed to me that it was the rockers and a rear panel. I asked for him to please make sure this was all before I made a 3 hr trip from CT. He assured that was all he could see. I asked if he could take a few mins to be sure. I knew it was "as is" so I wanted to be certain. I made the drive with a friend. I asked if we could put it on a lift so I could look at the suspension and rust areas myself. They said they didn't have any lifts available. Again, it was said to be the rockers. It seemed to run well and was a clean vehicle inside. Many cosmetic needs but I wasn't too worried about that in the short term. Andre assisted me and was very personable and professional. Absolutely no complaints about Andre. Once I got it back to CT I received a quote for the rockers for $1,600. Pretty much what I expected. I then took it to my mechanic. They put it up on the lift and within one minute we saw the rust rot was in the rear suspension just like my 05 Equinox. Needless to say, I was extremely upset and disappointed. I just spent 2k on a vehicle to only find out that it was going to break off in the near future in the same location as my old Equinox. Repairs would be at least 4k. This I can not afford! So now I have a 2k vehicle I cannot use. How upsetting! I immediately called Dimitri to express my disappointment after I was extremely clear about what happened to my Equinox. I asked all the right questions to know what I was getting into. Now I feel taken advantaged of. Dimitri assured me he would speak to his manager to see if they can do something for me. That was 3 days ago, 1 email, 3 calls back and I left one vm. He is now not taking my calls. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience, my loss, and my treatment in the end. I am now stuck with a vehicle that I will need to try to sell. The necessary repairs cost more than what the vehicle is worth. Not sure how I can get it sold. I need to tell whoever may be interested what is wrong with it. I don't want to fib and let someone down. For some of us our cars are our livelihood. I need to drive to do my job, which pays my bills! Now what? I don't know!! Very disappointed! read more

Bought 2 cars from this place. Within the first year, 1 car needed $2.3K in repairs. The other car needed $1.2K in repairs. Yeah, they do repair a bunch of stuff before selling, but it is just enough to pass the inspection(excluding emissions) and sell. Some issues were pretty major, so it's hard to believe that they were totally oblivious. Just wish there was more transparency up front about potential issues. read more

I bought a 2008 Honda odyssey from ODA in January 2021. When the 30 day warranty on it ended, the problems started. Both of my rear sliding doors would open and close whenever I hit a bump, at first it was just the end of the door popping open but then the doors started swinging open fully and I've had to tie them shut. The doors not latching all the way caused problems with my battery where it would die every few days if I didn't drive it because the doors would drain it. Then over the past month, the battery has been dying faster, it only lasts 5 or 6 hours now and my car has to be jumped for it to even start. When I left a bad review about it, ODA reached out and asked if they could make it better. I didn't take them up on the offer for another month, but in that time was when the battery started dying rapidly. I called them and asked them to fix it, they said they could get me in by November but that wasn't soon enough, I couldn't get to work reliably. I asked them to get it in sooner and they set up a time this week, (OCT 18th) to see it. I drove it an hour and a half to them and when I got there, they said that they mistook me for another customer and that they wouldn't cover the problems. Previously on the phone I was told by Brian the sales manager that they would fix the issues for free and offer free diagnostic. The owner was extremely rude to me when he realized the issues were expensive, and made BS excuses saying that he mistook me for a different customer and that I had to get it diagnosed myself before even arriving even though Brian said that they were going to diagnosis it for me.. How do you mistake a customer like that? I had been talking with them for a week arranging to drop off this vehicle and they supposedly didn't even know who I was? I would never reccomend anyone else to buy a car here, they are not transparent on what they are selling you and just trying to make a quick sale. The cars break down after driving them for not even a month, I maintained it and have proof of maintaining it. These issues were fixable and they chose not to fix them before selling me the van. Absolute scam artists!! My son bought a car from them about a month ago. Within days he was the check the came on and some of the rear light didn't work so he was unable to get an inspection sticker. It was under warranty so he brought it back to get fixed. They had it for 4 days charged my son an extra $100 and the check engine light came back on the lights were never fixed. They cost over $200 to replace. My son was never given a list of what was fixed in his car. He is 17 & this was his first car he purchase. I contacted them numerous times and they never sent me what was supposedly fixed. I am sure NOTHING was. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! read more
