This place is a disaster. Do NOT take your car there or purchase a car from them. I purchased a car from them last October, and the whole experience was horrific. The dealership is filled with shady staff and incompetent mechanics, with trash and other crap all over the outside of the building. The car they tried to sell me had warped brake rotors and worn brake pads, even after they "checked it over" for sale, which I only caught on the test drive. I had them replace the rotors and pads, which they assured me would be OEM parts (they have a Toyota dealership in their network, and I bought a Toyota.) They proceeded to replace those parts with the cheapest crap you could find on amazon, and didn't even tighten the caliper bolts correctly, as one fell out while I was driving a couple of weeks later meaning my brakes could have failed suddenly... a serious and potentially fatal transgression. They changed the oil for me but did not replace the oil change underbody access panel before I took it home, only for me not to notice until the next oil change. The car did not come with the factory jack, and they proceeded to try and stuff an Amazon special POS into the trunk, only for me to catch them and demand the correct one. And when they assured me the car was ready for pickup, I drove the two hours there only to have to wait another THREE hours for the car to be ready for me to take home. This dealership is a mess, a huge liability and a gigantic pain in the ass. Its no wonder the dealership is currently for sale! Knock it down! read more

I should have completed a review of Milford Subaru (service department) a year ago. I would have given them 5 stars then and I want to give them 5 stars now. Their service department is excellent. I have always received great service on my car and the staff are incredibly nice when they are working with you. They have always discussed any additional concerns they have with my vehicle and get approval to fix anything outside of what we agreed upon. For example, they replaced my brake pads and rotors this summer and while doing so they noticed my car needed an alignment as well. They contacted me to let me know their recommendation (and I had felt it might have needed an alignment too), so I added that onto my services for that day. If you are looking to get any work completed on your Subaru, I highly recommend Milford Subaru service department!! read more

I came in to look at an Impreza back in March. Our salesman Ray was fantastic, although honestly he probably could have up sold me, but that's how nice and not pushy he was. However, the 2 star review is due to their financing. I've never financed a car before, but I was only financing about $4,000. I left none the wiser and then found out that they gave me a TERRIBLE rate of 4.9% and convinced me to add maintenance plans that I definitely didn't need (oil change at 3,000 - It's synthetic oil that doesn't need to be done that often?). He just seemed weaselly and this put a very bad taste in my mouth, no one likes feeling taken advantage of. On a separate note, do not get a Subaru Impreza if you are short or own an android phone. The seats are clearly not designed for anyone around 5'2" . My boyfriend(6'3") has no issues, but for me the headrest pushes my on the back of my head and neck in a way that is causing serious neck problems after a couple months. It was not something noticed by a couple of test drives. I have tried everything from one of those neck pillows you can add, to turning the headrest around, but it seems like nothing I do helps, the seats are just configured in a way that causes issues for shorter individuals. Now for the android phone issue, it doesn't work with the Bluetooth or any part of the entertainment system. Disconnects randomly or not at all, and doesn't work when plugged in and trying to use the android auto either. I had it brought in for service and they said they have these issues all the time and there was nothing to do but complain to Subaru of America. I did that, but after weeks of struggle, I was only able to obtain 3 car payments, which were low due to my large down payment, which I used to help in my purchase of an Iphone. The system now works, but I had to compromise my preference in phone, so it's not ideal. Will be doing some more indepth research next time.... probably soon as I can not handle this neck pain much longer. read more

This is by far the best service center I've ever been to. I have always been a Subaru Outback family (We have 3, and my Dad and sister own one too) and have lived in 5 different states while doing so. Chad and Josh took the time to explain what was needed to get my daughter's car in excellent driving condition as she would be off to college. I think if everything service manager and mechanic were like Milford, NH... No one would ever want anything but a Subaru. I would absolutely recommend this service center to everyone who wants professional, caring, knowledgeable service. So I had to have my head gasket replaced and a wheel bearing replaced, was great customer service, kept in contact through the whole process, then when I get my Subaru back, upon driving it out of the lot, something felt seriously wrong with my car, the throttle was horribly delayed and it felt like something was seriously wrong with my engine as it was skipping and hopping around, upon inspection at my house I found that they forgot to plug a spark plug in. Last time I checked it's not that hard to remember how to work on an engine when your a "mechanic" I don't know how they can call themselves mechanics when they can't remember such a simple thing like a spark plug, if you need work done on your Subaru here watch out, make sure to look over your car or have a mechanic you trust look at it after it's done, or better yet, don't go here at all read more

We visited every dealership imaginable in the Manchester NH area. GMC, Mazda, Toyota, Jeep, Chevrolet to name a few. At some of those places, we were treated inappropriately and lied to. We were extremely discouraged. We HATED wasting our weekends trying to find the right vehicle. Then, we decided on purchasing a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. We LOVE this car. AMAZING in the snow. Sporty, comfortable. But that wasn't made us totally sold that this vehicle was the right one. What sold us was the way Milford Subaru treated us. We told them what we wanted. And without the back and forth, without the negotiating, without dishonesty, they delivered. It was by far the EASIEST Car Buying experience we've ever had. Kris Caron, our salesman and Jeff Diener, the GM are the reasons we bought this car. They promised they could get this deal done, and they did. I have NEVER trusted a dealership...until now. Shopped for a Crosstrek for over a week. Researched for longer. Got the run around from two other dealers. Called Milford Subaru and got EXACTLY what we requested!! Within 10 minutes we were signing papers and actually happy. No regrets. The service department was also very easy to work with. Made an appointment for our older car to be serviced. SO happy we gave up the fight with the other dealers. This place has not disappointed. We will be back for our daughter to buy her Impreza in the spring. read more

Do your research, come in and talk price. It was a 15 minute transaction. I picked my car up the next day. This dealership will do anything they can to sell you a car. I was in need of a vehicle and we went through the process of getting me one and they never even told me how much the car was worth, just kept saying the monthly price. This is how they scam you with spending the most amount of money, is by increasing the months in the loan so the interest is higher to make the monthly prices cheaper without ever telling you how much the car is worth so in the long run you're are paying a lot more. Believe it or not but this isn't the worst part they did. When I was getting a loan the financial guy asked me for my SSN and the first thing I said to him was "it won't run my credit multiple times will it?" He immediately came back and said no it won't. So I asked again and he assured me it wouldn't. And guess what, literally the same day I checked my credit and they ran my credit 6 different times! Again this is another way they lie to you to make you buy a car! I will never come here again and I strongly advise no one buys a car here unless you want your credit screwed! Buying a car could not have been better than how Milford Subaru treated us. I did everything by email, comparing dealerships throughout New England, and their initial offer on a 2016 forester was better than anyone else. In fact, other dealerships couldn't believe their price and said that we should take the deal right now. We dealt with Jeff Diener and Kris Caron and they were honest and straightforward from beginning to end. One local dealership offered to beat any price by $200, but because the people at Milford were so easy to deal with, we went with their slightly higher price (still better than other dealership we found). They handled the out-of-state registration and insurance perfectly (we're in Massachusetts) and even delivered the car to our doorstep. It was almost suspicious how easy and stress-free and cheap it was to buy our car from here, but I wouldn't hesitate to do it again and recommend them to everyone. Great experience from our first contact with the dealership until the car was in our driveway and beyond (I had a question about some paperwork today and they wrote back with the answer within 5 minutes). read more
