Terrible experience will lack of experience with her as a Doula which made me become one myself so…read morethank you for that! I never received any service from her until i asked for my money back because she hadnt done anything she said she would! She would always message me to meet up and I'll agree but she'd never follow back up with time or anything and she did this numerous times. I told her of my appointment times and dates she wrote them down but didn't come then lied and said i told her not to come because my child dad would be there. Okay first of all even if he was to be there that's no reason to not come when i told you to and i know i never said that's because his schedule at the time we never knew when he would be able to attend appointments until it was the day of. And i never talk to her on the day of any appointment she only messaged me on days it was time to pay which gave me the vibe she's just here for the money! Which one day the dad message her to see when he could pay her and Lawd behold i finally get a text to meet up at a park but then the next day came and no hear from her once again! We didnt do a birthing plan or anything then when i wanted a refund she tried to send over a bs birth plan which i never opened because we never discussed it so whatever was in there was bs she also mailed some herbs she said was included with what we had paid lol my thing is if all this was included why didn't i recieve any of this until i asked for my money back?

We saw a different dentist who claimed my kids had a few cavities and I took them to Dr. Bynam for a 2nd opinion. The first dentist was wrong! I'm also grateful for her expertise in tongue ties and she helped all of my kids. We love going to Holly Tree.

I cannot recommend Dr. Uprichard and the entire staff enough. If I could give 1,000 stars, I would!…read moreMy daughter has been a patient here since she was three years old. This past weekend, at age 16, she suffered a terrible injury and busted her two front teeth while working out. As any parent knows, this is a crisis, especially for a teenage girl. Exceptional Weekend Support: I called the office on a Sunday, completely stressed, and they immediately provided guidance, walking me through exactly what needed to be done over the weekend. That immediate, compassionate support meant everything. Unbelievable Accommodation: I was able to bring her in early on a Monday morning (today). I believe they accommodated us when they might have otherwise been off work, which speaks volumes about their dedication. Compassionate and Professional Care: From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was AMAZING. They showed incredible empathy, understanding how devastating this situation is for a 16-year-old girl needing to attend school. They were kind, professional, and went truly ABOVE and BEYOND to help us. I mean the entire staff! From the individual who took my frantic Sunday call, to the front desk when we walked in, to everyone who assisted with her care--every single person was outstanding. Dr. Uprichard and the entire team: THANK YOU SO MUCH! We are so incredibly grateful for your swift, kind, and excellent care. We appreciate you all more than words can say!

I normally have a good experience here with my regular VES examiner. However, the last time I went,…read moreI had a different examiner (was new). This examiner was 25 minutes late to her 30 minute appointment and wrote everything down by taking notes on a piece of paper and not following the actual DBQ. I was trying to ask questions when she got up and tried getting me out the door because she was late for something else. When I got my rating back, I got some of my disability taken away because the DBQ was filled out wrong, 2/3 claims were denied because boxes weren't properly filled out at the exam. I waited 4 months for the appointment, 3 months for the VA to review the exam DBQ and now an additional 5 months to fix the issues through a higher level review. So because of the "bad" exam it now has put me back a year.
