Last Sunday I decided to give this location a shot, I gave them a call on the phone and was able to get checked in as a walk in (I was 5 minutes down the road). I walked in and was greeted and taken care of right away. Normally locations like this I tend to see it be a numbers game, cut you up and on to the next. I was blessed to have Stephanie take care of me and I have to say, I was thrilled with the attention to detail. She was able to help provide me with some guidance and continuously asked how I like the progress. Even though this may not become my weekly spot, I will definitely return when my barber and is out of town or I need a quick trim up.

I am terrible at remembering names, but I wanted to make sure I left this review…read more I made a last minute appointment Friday for Saturday afternoon and was able to schedule with no problems. I arrived just a tad bit early. The receptionist helped me right away and got my hair stylist. After getting my hair washed my stylist discussed with me on how I wanted my hair cut and how much. She even asked me to show her where exactly I wanted it to come to when it dried. Which I greatly appreciate! I've had several encounters with hair stylists that would misunderstand and chop my hair off too short. So I avoid hair salons. Not anymore. I will absolutely come back here. They made me feel welcomed and cared about my experience and what I wanted. Thank you!!!

But this was by far the worst curtain bang cut I have ever received. My bangs are incredibly choppy and not what I asked for at all. I asked her to start with it longer then we can see if I want it shorter - and she definitely just went ahead and went for the chop. I asked for longer ends and that didn't happen as well. Today I am off to go somewhere else and hopefully fix this. Super disappointed and REALLY wish stylists wouldn't accept a job they don't know how to do.
