A lot of customization is offered and the wait times hopefully are not as bad as they were during covid . The membership is great because the prices do get discounted substantially. They use third party delivery services if you need it delivered to your house but it comes at an additional cost even if you are a member . I am a big fan of the chandeliers and light fixtures and even though they are pricey , I feel one can easily elevate any space with those . But having said that -its an Investment in itself . I really thought I found what I was looking for but likely will keep searching. Do your homework before making a major purchase here unless you have $12k or more to flush down the toilet. This included but was not limited to: designing lighting plans; meticulously designing and measuring cabinetry, and then working with the cabinet maker and subs to ensure a correct fit; swooping in to fix address all the issues, from fixture placements to counter heights to wall lengths.
