I find it odd they readily agreed to it earlier and then didn't even bother to tell me when they called to say it was ready to be picked up. Anyway, I blew $200 on a framing I am not happy with. Then when we said we needed a bathroom remodel the lady said "we only do whole house renovations" and literally hung up. Mindblowingly rude customer service, that came off as incredibly snooty and privileged. Despite being actual neighbors this was the rudest Interaction we've ever had with a contractor or renovator. Edit: and now I see other people have gotten just bathroom remodels done, not "whole house" remodels. Wow. We now know which company to tell people in the neighborhood to steer clear from.

While Megan and Rachel are wizards at design and listening to client's personal styles, it is important to note that their services go beyond simple aesthetics. They were incredibly involved with the physical design of the space, which included frequent communication with our construction company and subcontractors, ensuring that everything was accomplished according to the plan. This included but was not limited to: designing lighting plans; meticulously designing and measuring cabinetry, and then working with the cabinet maker and subs to ensure a correct fit; swooping in to fix address all the issues, from fixture placements to counter heights to wall lengths.
