Great place to come for breakfast/brunch in Miramar! They have small tables inside and on the patio in front. The coffee and matcha are great with different syrups and cold foam options. We came back a couple of times while on our trip. The French toast was the perfect amount of sweetness and super fluffy. It was a large portion and came with a side of eggs. The egg hash casserole was also good with plenty of chorizo and potatoes. Staff was friendly and spoke both English and Spanish.
An enjoyable lunch spot with fresh juice, excellent coffee options, and amazing food. Everything was flavorful, be aware the pancake was huge! It's a small shop, but they do have outdoor seating as well. Everyone is very nice but busy!
I was part of a party of nine people and all of the food we ordered was great. The setting was very nice. Service was good the meals were great
OchoCielos is a tiny restaurant that was almost packed on a random Monday, so I can only imagine how busy it gets on the weekends. I stopped by on my way to the airport. Service was a little slow, but our waitress was kind. I ordered the avocado toast, which came with a salad. I also ordered a side of breakfast potatoes. The portion definitely filled me up. I also appreciate the freshness of the ingredients. The presentation was also very pretty, but made it a little difficult/messy to eat. The potatoes were average, but I tried my friend's truffle fries and those were delicious! The passion fruit juice was also refreshing.
5/5 food! Come here if you're nearby. Everything is seasoned to perfection. Italiano Grilled Cheese, 10/10! Hands down get this. Everyone's favorite dish. They managed to make it savory without being cheesy or salty. The fries are also amazing. Identical to the Popeyes Cajun fries. Smoked Salmon Toast, 5/5: Fresh, perfectly seasoned, not fishy at all. The cream cheese is whipped and light. The salad dressing was very lowkey so the strawberries and blueberries popped a lot. If you want a refreshing dish, get this! Egg Hash Casserole, 5/5: So surprised how it's not salty at all! The bottom looked oily but trust it won't be. The egg, meat Get this over the Full Breakfast, which is just eggs, potatoes, and your choice of meat. Full Breakfast, 4/5: Sausage isn't salty and everything is good, BUT it's pretty basic and everything on the plate is in the casserole so get that instead. The hot cereal tastes like is your apple pie and side of ice cream melted; it's good but I wouldn't get it again, but worth a try. Bathroom is really clean but it is small. Vibe is nice, similar to a coffee shop. Workers are also great. They speak English as well.
We stopped her for brunch while visiting San Juan, and what a cute place! The service was fantastic, and the food was so good and seasoned to perfection! Plus, the portions were huge. We ordered the Egg Hash casserole, a side of French toast, a side of turkey bacon, and a side of avocado. The presentation was beautiful! The Egg Hash casserole is scrambled eggs on top of a potato, local sausage, sun-dried tomato, and mozzarella skillet hash. The side of French toast was huge. It was topped with caramel, cream, and granola, and it tasted like Cinnabon. It was so good. We each ordered a latte, and they were tasty. They have outdoor seating and free complementary valet. Definitely check them out if you are visiting.
This place truly made a positive impression on us. From the moment we first stepped inside, the warm atmosphere, delicious food, and beautiful presentation created a welcoming environment. The attentive waitstaff made us feel cared for. During our second visit, we enjoyed sitting outside with our pup, and the breakfast, latte, and matcha were all delightful. We wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone looking to share a special moment with a loved one or a friend.
Good breakfast, even better MATCHAS!!! If you are a matcha enthusiast like I am, this place is for you. I order mine with coconut milk, it wasn't too sweet with rich umami taste, just the way I like it. They also have other matcha options like one with strawberry purée that is very popular. Also different options of non diary milk and great coffees. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They have inside and outside seating with shade. The weather was nice so we decided to seat outside. The reason why I took a star away is because the server told us that they had run out of avocado and chilaquiles. How!? It was 9am! Well, that was a bummer but the things we order were really good. Parking is challenging.
Come with me to Ochocielos, located in San Juan, PR. My friend mentioned wanting to try Ochocielos during our Puerto Rico trip, and it somehow became our go-to brunch spot while in PR. Everything we tried was fantastic. I had fresh and delicious tamarindo juice and Iced coffee for my drink. My friends had their iced matcha, one with strawberry and one with honey. For our mains, one of my friends and I shared the "Full Breakfast." We went with scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, and corn hot cereal. I also ordered a side of French toast since I didn't want the hot cereal. Everything was deliciously made. My favorite part was the breakfast potatoes; they were seasoned and flavorful. The bacon was perfectly crispy, and the eggs were fluffy. My other friend had their French Toast, which is topped with berries, caramel, cream, granola, and scrambled eggs. Overall, Ochocielos was fantastic. Their presentation and flavor are outstanding. The service is warm and attentive. They are very popular, so be ready to wait on certain days. This is a place that I can guarantee I will visit on my next trip to Puerto Rico.
Stopped by OchoCielos with my sister on a Monday morning around 9am, and luckily there was no line. I ordered the Italian grilled cheese it was good, but the real star of the meal was the fries with cilantro aioli. Seriously addictive! Their matcha was also good, very earthy (I definitely needed mine sweetened). The vibe was cozy and relaxed, perfect for brunch. My advice: get there as early as possible otherwise, you'll be waiting at least 45 minutes for a table. Totally worth a visit!
I've written nearly 700 Yelp reviews, and this is the first time that I have been so excited to write a review that I wrote it during my first visit. I'm still here and I don't want to leave. It is a VERY nice and charming coffee/brunch spot. I love it. AMAZING coffee, and the yogurt parfait I just ate has the best berries I've ever had in my life. The servers are delightful, the ambience is on point, and all the brunch dishes being served all around me look so good that I am definitely coming back tomorrow morning. STRONGLY recommend.
So good! Stopped by for a snack and got to sit outside in the cutest little chairs. Ordered an iced matcha latte with vanilla syrup and oat milk. Matcha was green and tasty. Staff was attentive and served us at the table outside. We would recommend!
This place has both indoor and outdoor seating. Our server Jose was personable and answered all our questions. Service was quick. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed. They have a photo booth inside! Food was great. The passion fruit juice and the tamarind juice were refreshing. I liked the passion fruit juice better. The French toast topped with caramel, granola, and whipped cream was served with scrambled eggs on the side. This was good! Cup of fruit was a regular one. Enjoyed the food, ambiance and service here. Would recommend! read more

Excellent service, our waiter was very attentive and kind. I think his name was Fabian (he has glasses ). The ladies helping him out were also kind and friendly. The inside has the AC cranked all the way up but when it's 87 degrees outside that's exactly where I want to be. We had ordered to go before but wanted a sit down brunch. If you want to avoid the crowd come on a weekday before 10. The coffee and matcha are delicious but not on the sweet side! You can add additional syrup and cold foam if you would like but don't expect Starbucks matcha here! I prefer it this way, I could actually taste it and it was handwhisked. I think the mango matcha was better in taste compared to the strawberry matcha! Chilaquiles were so flavorful and they have a hot sauce they make in house which was more like tobasco. The French toast perfectly paired with strawberries and yogurt. Full breakfast is packed with protein. Portions are on the larger side so you could even share with someone! Would visit everytime I'm in PR. We will miss this place read more
We sat in their outdoor section. The servers were very kind and attentive . The drinks came out in a decorative can which would be great if you need the drink to go. It allowed for an aesthetic photo and then an easy way to shake everything together . The matcha was delicious with the added lavender flavoring The food also came out in a timely manner despite their dining room being full and their patio section also gaining traction . The table got a couple of dishes to share so we could try a little bit of everything . They even have a homemade hot sauce . The egg casserole is definitely a front runner and I would recommend that to anyone coming in for breakfast . The portions sizes are grand and the prices were very reasonable . So glad to have made OchoCielos a part of our first morning in Puerto Rico read more

This place is extremely popular so I suggest to go early. Especially since they're one of the only restaurants in their area that is open early. (Found out the hard way places open around 11:30am) I will say food was so yummy! It was hard to enjoy in the heat so if u want inside sitting be there early or let the servers know. They do speak Spanish and English wonderful service and attentive even when busy. The reason for the 4 stars is a mishap on latte they forgot the additional vanilla to it. I love a good matcha and this was is truly good and the puree wasn't extremely sweet. Just a stubble amount. I had the casserole and it brought me back to life and a good portion of food all around too !! Please remember that because of the residency there's a lot of us and only so many servers so be patient and if u don't want to wait then atleast grab ur matcha's from them they do order to go's. read more

This place was fantastic! We arrived on a Saturday morning and were pleasantly surprised to find it not too crowded. We waited for about 30 minutes, which was quite reasonable. The food was simply amazing. We ended up ordering the same menu item, and let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious. We also decided to grab a coffee and Matcha to go. Oh, and you absolutely must try the matcha with lemonade and lavender... it was an incredible combination! (S/O to the server who insisted I should try it , she was right!) The service was exceptional, everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. The ambiance was a perfect blend of cute and modern, creating a great overall experience. So much so I ended up buying their merch! read more
