They sent OT,PTand a nurse who all pleasently saw me thru my rehabilitation tho I was not always the best of patents. Pain eased up and .my recovery goals were reached it was time to say good bye. They were so careing,they had become part of my life,felt like family I hated to see them go. I was told if I had any set backs or needed anything just call...... They are the best !

We have had Home Instead watch after our mother for several months now and generally speaking - it…read morehas been okay. One CNA in particular has been terrific when she is here. Home Instead apparently has issues when CNAs call in sick...etc. and apparently do not have ample staff to cover such events (surprising as this is their business). This has caused our family many issues due to last minute cancelations which is sort of ironic as we need to give 7 days notice for schedule changes but they can do it to us at the drop of a dime. What is VERY upsetting is that recently we gave notice that we would be making a change for our mother's care and gave 7 days notice. Yesterday we received a call telling us that the CNA scheduled could not come for the remaining several days and that there was no replacement either. Thanks for being professional Home Instead!!! Nothing like putting it to us / and our mother on the way out. I only hope that this review doesn't mysteriously disappear like some of the others I see out there. I would urge anyone looking for CNA services to ask a lot of questions and be prepared to jump in at the last minute and cover for the inevitable scheduling issues which we experienced far too often..... oh - and dont tell them your leaving until the last minute or they will leave you hanging!

Challenging perhaps on pricing depending on one's means, but it's worth it to me to place my mom in an environment that makes her WANT to live (and eat and engage) and not have her in a 'cost-effective' facility the makes her NOT want to live. When you submit your application, they proceed to do a deep dive into your entire financial history. You had better be rich (or close to it) because they want verification you have the means to cover the cost of caring for your loved one for a minimum of 3 years! If you don't, then don't bother applying to this place. The facility managing staff came across as caring more about money than people.
