Of course I said yes, we had already paid for it. We ended up waiting even longer while they remade the entire order, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. What's worse is that they never called or gave us any kind of heads-up about the mistake. If they knew the order had been given away, why not contact us right away? That way, we would have known when to come, or at least they could have started remaking it immediately. On top of all that, we were not compensated in any way; no apology beyond the bare minimum, no discount, nothing for the inconvenience and extra time we had to wait due to their mistake. It just doesn't make sense that they waited until we showed up, confused and looking for our food, before deciding to fix their mistake. The lack of communication, urgency, and accountability made an already frustrating situation even worse.
