However, the "sauces" that each dish came with were literally just bland broth, no flavor, like the just poured low sodium broth on top of pasta. Hopefully their chef beefs up the sauces a little bit, they shouldn't be watery & tasteless. It'll probably take me a few weeks to finish (it's that big), but I'm already planning my return trip. Of course I said yes, we had already paid for it. We ended up waiting even longer while they remade the entire order, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. What's worse is that they never called or gave us any kind of heads-up about the mistake. If they knew the order had been given away, why not contact us right away? That way, we would have known when to come, or at least they could have started remaking it immediately. On top of all that, we were not compensated in any way; no apology beyond the bare minimum, no discount, nothing for the inconvenience and extra time we had to wait due to their mistake.
