My favor did on menu is sweet and sour pork, most restaurants are used belly pork or bone-in pork, I don't like it, but finally I find Ocean Garden they used boneless pork and no belly fat, that was amazing! I can finished the whole entree Stuffed lotus root it's my special order, that was my childhood favorite dish, I can't believe they can make that are so much good, if anyone wants to try, please call before 2 days for requests. Had just the Wonton Soup Superb. Home-made dumplings which were so delicate. The Broth was balanced and seasoned. The Pork inside the oh-thin Wontons was perfectly seasoned and delicious. I selected the honey shrimp and they were very tasty with a generous portion . My husband had the salmon bento box and remarked how tender and flavorful it was. Everyone working here is super friendly! The last time I went here with my sisters, I saw a party of 7 people commending the workers and asking them for their names. You can tell that this restaurant is more than just about business - they try to create relationships with their customers as well. As for the food, we were given a complimentary fried wonton chips with a sauce as a dip. It is obvious that the sauce is homemade and not the typical duck sauce that comes in the package because it has a unique sweetness to it. The chips were crispy and had a nice crunch. We ordered crabmeat fried wontons and BBQ spare ribs as appetizers. Wontons were crispy as well and the stuffing was a good balance. The spare ribs were delicious!! We ordered the small serving size for the sparse ribs for about ~$7 and we got 6 ribs, which is pretty good. For the entrees, we got General Tso's chicken and Shrimp Ho Fun. The chicken surprised me because I was not expecting it to have a crunch since there was sauce on it. It is one of the better General Tso's that I have tasted. The Shrimp Ho Fun was decent, but could use a little bit more flavor. For dessert, we got something called Fried Milk. It's a condensed milk mixture fried in a batter. I absolutely love it! Tried this place for the first time. We had egg rolls, Chinese pizza, fried wontons, sweet and sour chicken, pork fried rice and almond cookies. Just about everything was very good. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken from here and the chicken almost seemed underdone?? the chicken was not white (didn't look raw) but did not look fully cooked. Not to mention the grease that dripped off the chicken was disgusting. I had to throw it out. Worse part was after 20 minutes I got so nauseous I had to run to the bathroom and unfortunately got sick. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I ordered the crab Rangoon and the general chicken. The crab Rangoon was good, six came to an order. When I picked up the order, I asked if there was Duck Sauce she said yes it was one pack of the duck sauce for six crab Rangoon's nowhere near enough they did not have any extra to offer. Then I tried the general chicken that was not good at all the chicken had a strange taste. Stopped in for dinner with my husband and sisters. We ordered the special for for people. It came with wonton soup, egg rolls, fried rice, white rice, and 4 main dishes (mixed vegetables, shrimp and broccoli, beef and broccoli, generals chicken). More than enough food for four people. The wonton soup was very good. The egg rolls were a little bland, not sure what they were missing. All the main dishes were excellent. The service was exceptional. We tried Ocean Garden Kitchen based on the reviews here. One star for this place is being quite generous. I'll take this one dish at a time. Pork Roll-What happens when you fill an egg roll wrapper with half the filling it can accommodate . A doughy bland tasting not crispy product. Spring Roll-Soft, mushy, tasteless. Pork fried rice-Bland tasting rice with a few cubes of pork tossed in. Sesame Chicken-Small pieces of chicken coated with a thick rind of mushy dough. Work Shu Duck-Generous portion, but over cooked and dry. Shrimp and Lobster sauce-Three overcooked shrimp in a watery, cloudy "sauce" with no discernible taste whatsoever. Spare ribs-Tough, overcooked, and so salty they were literally inedible. Usually, after getting Chinese food we have lots of leftovers, but after trying everything, we tossed the entire meal. read more

We were looking for a Chinese restaurant for our annual Christmas day dinner. We found this place on yelp and decided to try it. WHAT A GREAT FIND!!!!! Everything was hot and delicious. Each course was as good as the one before it. We started with crab rangoon, 8 pieces for $4.50. It was awesome. Next course was egg drop soup which was so hot and yummy. For the entree 2 of us had sesame tofu and 1 had shrimp in lobster sauce. We all ate ourselves silly and still had doggie bags with PLENTY for another meal. Finally we had "fried milk". It was so delicate and delicious. Ocean Garden Kitchen is a family owned establishment and they couldn't be more gracious and friendly. Every single time I have gone here I have never once been disappointed! All of my order is always in there (for five people) including all the extra things! The customer service I have recieved from the employees is above and beyond. Always so sweet and welcoming! Today I actually called at 8 to see what time they closed and they closed at 8 but they told me to not worry about it and still continued to take my order for me! Not many places will do this and it was very much appreciated as it was time for them to go home! (I took care of them too of course!) 10/10 the best place to get your chinese food! Just finished my dinner and the first time I was here at Ocean Garden and all's I have to say is wow.. had pork with garlic sauce and I asked them to kick it up a notch on the spice and it was perfect great flavor reminds me of Chinatown in New York.. finally a Chinese restaurant locally that rivals the best Chinese restaurants in New York.. not only that apparently if you call ahead and give 24 hours notice they will do some specialty things for you.. example I asked him snails in blackbean sauce and he told me give them 24 hours notice.. Wow! This is one of the best restaurants across the board. Welcoming, bright, prompt service with clear descriptions of menu choices. We ordered the 2 person special of the night, starting with soup. Large bowl, hot broth and well prepared soup came out of the kitchen. Followed perfectly prepared egg rolls. Lastly was the main course gen tso and chicken and broccoli. Large portions well presented and plenty to take home. Next visit we will go off the traditional "take out" food and explore the exciting options. Good job by brother and sister team!!! read more

The food is tasty, but every dish is the same ingredients with just a different sauce. My Szechuan chicken had the same veggies as my Dads beef with Chinese vegetables and my wife's steamed chicken and vegetables - flat, ridged carrots, broccoli, green pepper and onions.
