The soup choice is easy for me because at THE GREAT WALL they make Hot and Sour Soup the way it should be made. The broth has the proper brown tint to it (Watch out for those places with yellowish broth.) and the ingredients clearly are fresh including crisp veggies. The taste brings the desired Hot and Sour neither to the extreme. It's plain tasty. They serve all the traditional choices and I know that my favorites always are served hot and taste good.
