Fast washers and dryers was NOT there all day to wash. Get there in the am if not I saw large size families coming with over 20 loads took ever washer put 1 piece of clothing inside each washer so no one else could use it only downfall about that place. SHARING IS CARING!! read more

This is a clean laundry mat which is what has kept me a loyal customer. It is expensive. They require purchase of a card. They are very strict about the last load in by 7:00pm rule. Do not arrive at 7:05 and think you will be starting your laundry. You will be approached by the staff who tell you they are closed. Recently they have closed the bathroom to customers. See the attached picture. So the business is safe to operate as long as you close the bathroom to your paying customers? It makes no sense. Time to find a new business to spend my hard earned money at. Very unfortunate choice by ownership. read more

Great service!! We used their fluff and fold service and it was so beautifully done. The owner is also super nice! I lost my sunglasses that day and called over to ask if I'd left them there - the owner went out of his way to even look in the parking lot for them. Really appreciate their excellent service and courtesy. read more

Over the years when I have lived in places where I went elsewhere to do my laundry, I came here; or when I needed reasonably priced and awesome fluff n fold service, here; I haven't needed either in quite some time, but with a new business I'm involved in, I once again found myself in need of some fluff n fold service so back I went to trusty Sudz, and they did the job perfectly and at a great price! I will always come here when I need to get laundry done outside my home! Thanks for the consistent, fantastic service! read more

My usual laundry mat closed. This one was great! There was a guy watching making sure the person who was next in line would use the wash. Clean and efficient. My apt laundry can't handle my big comforters so that's why I go to the laundry mats for my sheets read more

It's very well maintained and clean. The location is great and close to restaurants & shopping. The bad part- You have to buy a laundry card that ends up costing 1.00 AFTER a refund, which is not a big deal but the least amount you can put on it is 10.00. So if you only need to add a little to your dryer time, it's very inconvenience. Supposedly you can get a refund for that too but, you have to ask for it. Why not just let you purchase what you need? read more

I haven't been to many other laundry mats before, but I do know that I like this one! Seems affordable to me. I like how you can use cash or card to upload to the money card. And I appreciate the vending machines too! I love using the big washers and dryers to get my laundry done in the least amount of loads/time. And it is never too busy either. Cant wait for the hours to go back to normal. Definitely would recommend! read more

I go to church around here (I know soooooo far from where I live) and Sunday is laundry day for me. This place is clean, reasonably priced, nice laundry equipment and doesn't get packed. Big load of wash is $4.80. This can fit about two weeks worth of clothes for my husband and me. (I will make a side note that I dry clean majority of my clothes so it's mostly my husbands crap that we wash. I just stick my gym clothes in there. The only annoying thing about the washer is that the timer says it will take 22 minutes to complete but it actually takes around 35 minutes. The dryer machines are huge and FAST. You can choose times in 15 minute increments for $0.50 each. My in-laws graciously offered to use their machines at home but I prefer to just come here and do it. You can use as many machines as you want and laundry gets done much quicker this way! read more

So Clean! Brand new machines. Card readers worked. No complaints! Open parking, people social distancing.

The low ratings here surprise me. Have you seen what some of the other laundromats in the area look like? This place is clean and the staff is friendly. I like that I can add money to a cash card and don't have to carry around a bunch of quarters. The only downside is that parking is a little scarce. But if you go when it's not peak time, you should be fine. Oh and .... free Wi-Fi! Great for someone like me who works remotely. read more

I've been here a few times now. Clean, machines always work great, kind/helpful personnel. Money card purchase required; I didn't mind. Some snacks and drinks available, can use money card for purchases. My Clothes always come out clean; check machines first though before loading. My only complaint is when the fluff and fold folks see you coming with a few big loads, they load up all the big machines, leave them filled but don't start them for 10-15 mins. No bueno. Leave a few for your other customers plz. read more

Wow, this place has really gone downhill. It used to be the nicest/cleanest place in town. On my recent visit the place was in horrible condition. The washers all have mold growing in the glass seal (see pics) and the soap dispensers have large hardened chunks of old detergent in them, which means your wash has random soap added to it. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in ages and the whole place was just filthy. Who wants to WASH their clothes in filthy machines? I won't be returning unless this place goes through a major deep cleaning. read more

This place is great! It is clean, airy and bright with many windows. It has recently changed owners, however, and the prices with the new owner are, I think on the high side. $2.50 for a single wash, though about $7 for a "six load" washer. Dryers middle range cost. It's a card system, i.e., you pay for the card and load it with up to $35. You have to use a different card, a credit card or cash for the vending machine and those are high in price, eg. $2 for a bag of M&M peanut. They do have an organic fig bar. The canned soda is $2, as well. I like the two small picnic style tables as I can do some work while my laundry is processing. I take my laundry home to fold but they have large folding surfaces. They have free wi-fi and sometimes people are just using that not doing their laundry, though they don't usually use the tables, thank goodness. They also have a laundry service which will wash, dry and fold your laundry. I have no idea about the pricing for that service. All the staff there is helpful and friendly. read more

No washers available and the people who work there either take up all the space or socialize with others who appear to be doing other people's laundry for a living. Cards are a hassle so it was liberating handing one back to inform I wouldn't be coming back :). read more

Too expensive. And the card payment system is a hassle. You need to buy card from them for $3 instead of using a debit or credit card. You have to load the card for minimum of $10 even though you only need less than $10 for a single load. read more

After a long trip from Asia, I needed clean clothes. And found sudz laundry. Perfect place to wash laundry. Helpful staff and very easy to find. Free coffee too read more

Goodbye coins! Because now I have a rechargeable card for laundry...AND can use plastic to pay for it! Sure, it's a schlep down here, but if I'm already going to be in the area, what's the difference between schlepping here then down the street from home? I'd rather schlep coin-free ;) read more

Helpful owners. Very clean, reasonably priced, and NEW WASHERS-:) Tips - - First timer needs to get a reloadable card by paying $3 cash - CAN use credit card to load money onto the reloadable card; $10 minimum if using a credit card - Consider using a large commercial washer for bedsheets, comforters, sleeping bags, etc. Would recommend warm wash. However, they cost $4.80. - Regular wash - $1.50 - Dryers - 15 minutes for 50 cents; might need 2-3 iterations if the load is big with the heat setting as warm and not too hot - Parking could be a problem on a really busy day. read more

I absolutely hate doing laundry!! But this place makes it a tolerable experience :) I am here on a Sunday and there is no crowd and plenty of machines to use. The attendant is nice and helpful. The card system is great. No more lugging around a Ziploc full of quarters yay! This place makes my laundry process less painful. read more

Last week, I had the unfortunate NEED to visit a coin ( or card operated) laundry center (as my dryer decided to die during my late night washing session). I went to my Yelp app and discovered this place. There were RAVING reviews about how clean it was...how helpful the staff was...how convenient everything was...etc.!!! In my opinion, it was nothing special. Maybe it's just been too long since I've had the need to visit a public laundry (my dryer DIED the night before)...however, I NEVER saw an employee (especially when I was standing at the window...WAITING)...I was really glad that I brought cash with me (as the ATM had a sign stating something like "due to the high rate of crime with this ATM, ID is required)"..(not the EXACT wording, but you get the point)!!! What did I like about this place (you might ask)??? It was pretty cool to buy whatever I needed with my card. I was able to get a soda (and could have bought detergent, etc. if I found it necessary). I read (from other yelpers) that I could get the money left on my card (and the $3 I had to pay for the card) back from the attendant, but I NEVER saw that attendant!!! I'm happy that I was able to keep my card...just in case my dryer decides to die again (or in case I need to wash something large)!!! Maybe I'm just "jaded" on the whole laundromat thing...(I've had my own laundry facilities for quite some time now). I guess I was just disappointed after reading all the "rave reviews" about this place!!! All that said...would I visit this place again???? ABSOLUTELY!!!! read more

I always come here when I have like 80 loads of laundry at home and I'd rather just spend a couple of bucks and get it all done in one foul swoop. I also bring my comforter here for the big washers. I really like this place because it accepts ATM cards, so I don't have to lug around $20 in quarters. The card gets a little annoying when using the dryers because you have to stick it in and out for each 15-minute increment. I'm not sure if it's pricey or not...I don't really compare and contrast laundromat prices on a regular basis. The place is always very clean, the machines are always in working order, and there is always a staff member available if you need help with anything. It's never too crowded and there's plenty of seating and TV's to watch, as well as plenty of parking. I will usually wait for my stuff to wash, then go home while it's drying and come back in an hour, and I never worry about anyone stealing my stuff. There's machines of all different sizes (1-4 load capacity washers). You can also drop off your laundry and have the staff there do it for you, but there is a "minimum" amount, but I'm not sure what it is. Like another reviewer mentioned, there is a soda machine, snack machine, and soap/detergent machine...or if you're hungry there is like 2 restaurants in the same area. Sometimes I even head over to Madeline's bar across the street for a drink while I wait. There's also a nail salon if you want a pedi while you wait for the dryers! read more

After weeks going by of letting my laundry pile get higher and higher, I knew my in house washer and dryer would no longer be able to conquer the pile of laundry calling my name. I found this place on YELP and am so glad I did. I walked in... of course forgot to bring detergent and dryer sheets too I might add. Claudia greeted me with a smile and warmth and helped me out so much. She is a god!!! She ran next door to get me change so I can purchase the detergent and dryer sheets, got my card all set up for me, helped me with every load efficiently and with a smile on her face. Thank you so much Claudia!!! You just don't find service like this hardly anywhere anymore. I will always bring my business back here thanks to you and your amazing establishment! read more

Couldn't ask for a better laundry place, it's powered by an easy card system where you load money onto a card and everything from the washers & dryers to soap and candy/drinks are bought by swiping the card They have TV's and plenty of seating and time seems to pass by quick here, no complaints about the machines either Here's a hint: when drying clothes the timers are 15 minutes, but swipe your card twice in a row and you'll get half an hour of drying without having to get up ^^ read more

Dropped off a few load on my way to work and they were ready by the time I was I my way home! Claudia was great! Even when I asked her to use my sensitive skin laundry soap and only a tiny bit of softener ! She even helped me carry out the second bag of perfectly folded wonderfully clean clothes as it was raining really hard that evening . Even though she might of thought I was crazy cause I realized in rushing to get to work I didn't throw one pair of matching socks in the bag! Hahaa! Now I have to take in all the other single socks so I have an actual whole pair! It's only 1.50 a pound with a ten pound minimum plus tip ( I tipped her that morning cause I paid when I dropped off) By I think you can pay when you pick up too? read more

I would say sudz was fairly clean, middle of the road expense wise, and the there is always someone on site to assist customers. The one big draw back is that you need to purchase a card here and then the money is locked up on this card. read more

Love sudz! It's really clean and there are always machines available even though they get a lot of business. Also their washers and dryers are fast so you get all your laundry done in one shot. They have multiple size machines with typical prices. They also sell everything you need and all machines (even the vending machines) take your laundry card. Additionally, I used their laundering services and was very pleased with the quality. Prices are same as everywhere else but I totally trust them with my laundry. I always see the same people working there and they are very helpful with any minor issues with machines or cards occur. Also, you can see them doing laundry for the laundering services and it is obvious they take good care of everything. Even when I had a question about my yelp deal the owner called me and went out of her way to helpful. You pretty much couldn't ask for anything more from a laundry mat! read more

Amazing clean facility. The washers and dryers are very efficient. There are many different sizes of machines making it easy to do lots of laundry quickly. Highly recommend!!! They will also wash/dry and fold for you, very $ reasonable. read more

You have to be a millionaire to wash your laundry here it's ridiculous. And the attendance are rude quiet and cold. I know it's just the laundromat---but goodness- we're are all sick of strategies and tricks and all that. It's laundry for God sakes. I will say it is clean. Just bring $$$ read more

The owner was extremely friendly and helped me get started with a payment card. (Payment must be made via prepaid card, which costs $3. They will refund $2 on the card if you aren't coming back). Open daily 7 am to 10 pm. Last wash 9 pm. Pretty decent location. Came on a Sunday around 1 and wasn't packed at all. I love not having to get coins and can just use my card. You need exactly 3 dollar bills to buy the rechargeable card. Luckily I asked the lady running the place if she could break my 20 and she had no problem. There's a salon, Mexican, and Italian joint in the same shopping center. Across the street is a bar and Vietnamese place. I enjoy how this place isn't sketch and the people who frequent don't look like weirdos. read more

Based on the beginning of your response to my comment makes me realize I made the right choice . My apologies for the incorrect card amount. I watched a gentleman request a dryer and it seemed to be a big inconvenience. The staff were aware people were frustrated. read more

This place is pretty good for laundry service even on weekends there is no wait for a machine which is the only time I've gone. The washing machines are $1.50 for the regular size and $1.75 for the larger. They also have a $2.85 behemoth but I stay away from that side of the mat. The dryers are a real deal at 50 cents per 15 minutes and they dry the clothes really well, I've never had to go more than 30 minutes on any of my loads. My only complaints keeping it from 5 stars would be that the floors are pretty dirty so don't drop your just cleaned clothes out of the dryer onto it. Otherwise the machines and the rest of the facility seems well taken care of. Also the lady working Saturdays isn't very friendly and seems annoyed with me any time I ask for change or help. They also offer WiFi which I'll have to check out my next trip. Lastly they do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a clearly marked sign so don't be anyone. read more

I come every week to use the Fluff & Fold service and really appreciate how my laundry is always folded nicely and ready for me. I also recommend it for using the washers and dryers. The facility is clean, well lit and has plenty of parking. Most of all I appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the staff. They are super helpful and there is always someone available. Thank you for being awesome! read more

Clean A bit pricier than my apartment complex, but they have machines that wash better, they also cost more. The washers with the clear windows wash better than the cheap white ones. I don't think I've ever been so pleased with a laundromat. Free WiFi, complementary coffee, clean restroom, reasonable prices, very polite and helpful staff, tons of washers of different sizes, clean space, what more could I say? I love that they utilize a reloadable card, I don't mind the $3 deposit. You can use the card not only for the washers/dryers, but also to purchase soap, and it also works in the vending machines. You can pay cash or card to reload the laundry card. If the value is under $10, they will refund you the amount of the card and 2/3 of the deposit. I'll definitely be back! read more

This place is legit. I went here to wash my California King comforter. The employees were super helpful and friendly. It was my first time here. You need to purchase a card to use the machines, which makes sense because who carries cash anymore? Anyway, the card requires a $3.00 deposit which you can return when you're done with your laundry. It's really clean and not ghetto. You don't have to worry about people stealing your clothes. In fact the nice employees noticed I left so they took my comforter out of the washer and stuck it into the dryer for me while I was away. How thoughtful! read more

There are no laundromats in Irvine so I stopped by this place to wash some blankets. You have to purchase a laundry card for $3 but when you're done, you can turn in the card and get $2 back. I tried to use a laundry card from my complex but it only takes the Sudz ones. They have super big washers, the staff is really helpful, AND they sell chocotacos. They also sell detergent, softener, bleach and laundry bags in case you forgot yours. If you have money left on your card when you're done, they give you cash back. Pretty awesome. read more

Very clean. Really helpful and kind staff. The prices are not bad at all. I'll totally go back
