They checked all lights ( headlights, brakes, backup etc ) and topped off all fluids. Unfortunately one of the techs broke the oil pan screw during the oil change and I was informed that I'd have to drive to a close mechanic for drilling and repair. Long story short, the manager followed me to the mechanic, gave me a ride home, picked me up and drove me back when finished AND ended up doing the oil change and repairs for FREE. They did the right thing and made a long time customer out of me. I'll definitely return !
