I needed my ATM limit increased from $300 ( which won't buy a steak dinner in South Beach) to a more convienant $ 500. As with most CSA her first attempt was to push me off to the App. When I told her I tried she looked at me like I had horns coming out of my head. She snatched my phone out of my hands and said, "Here is the option. Ooo wait it won't go over $300". Dumbfounded, she began typing on her computer like it was her first time ever seeing it. She began reading off a check list. Identity verified, yes. Account more then 10 years, yes. Direct deposit, yes. Obviously seeing she was having difficulty with my request; a male associate injected himself into the situation. She explained my request and he replied, "Here", he pointed at the screen, "Just put 500 here and click okay". Was it really that easy I thought to myself? Of course not. "I can't do that I'm responsible" she squealed like reading a Dr. Zeus book. Go check with Daa Daa Daa, the guy said; whoever daa daa daa was. Let me review this with my manager as if I was buying a car. Pssst ppt pppst ppppssst like two Russians planning an invasion. She returns and starts spouting off words taught to a 5th grader. We're not going to be able to increase you limit because your account was overdrawn during the past 12 months. I attempted to explain a coworker bounced a check and it took 3 days for me to recover the funds. During the 3 days there were no insufficient fund tractions because I had their sneaky Overdraft Protection or Let's Us Rob You Blind with Fees feature turned off years ago. No matter. Like the Spanish Inquisition the decision was done. I said how come your associate was willing to do it and your not? As if I was robbing the bank he begins crying from the other side of the cubical, " I did not, I did not, I did not". Yes sir you did. It is not my fault your afraid of your female coworkers. Feeling as if I was mugged and assaulted I stated I wanted a written document as to why they were denying me access to my money. "We're not required to provide that information", she sneered. Required!? Well that's about to change. If you have had the same experience with Wells Fargo or another financial institution regarding ATM withdraw limits, please private message me here for information on a Class Action legal case. It all begans with 1. New Wells Fargo Slogan Another satisfied customer. One theft at a time.

    I have to say I was about to leave this bank but Paul literally helped me so much with my business…read moreaccount. I kept having issues with getting my check images printed. The customer service not once but twice sent me the incorrect information! I came in to the 5th street branch to close my account due to my frustration and Paul saved the day got all my checks for me with out a question. Thank you again for your help!

    How low of an IQ is now required to work at a bank branch? They let these employees come in,…read moredressed in jeans and khakis and polo shirts out. The door goes any respect from someone who's supposed to be in banking. But to make matters worse the add to the sloppy dress code with an absolute no sense as to what anything is going on. I re-entered my online password wrong one too many times. It tells me to call her telephone number I called that number the person who answers the phone asked me 45 different questions to verify my identity. She wasn't able to do so because she could not send my phone a code. so she tells me that I need to step in to a branch with two forms of ID. By the way, I hate that so that's because they make me do it too many times. So I stepped into a branch with two forms of ID this branch, particularly. Everyone was absolutely clueless as to why I was there even after I explained it to them several times. They looked at my ID and looked my account up and saw everything was fine but my debit card wasn't working so they too got on the telephone number and called an 800 number, three hours later we finally have my account unblocked and unlocked or I can access it again. Yes you read that correctly. I was in this branch for three miserable hours watching a branch employee talk to someone and God knows what country that also works for the bank. Remember the good old days when the community banks were able to help you and you walked out the door in about 10 minutes?

I got some money out and then went into break two 20's into smaller bills. The teller said had to have an account at TD bank to break bill. How dumb!! If I were looking for a new bank, my experience at this bank, made sure I would never open an account at any TD bank.

    I visited the bank today to request a new debit card, as my previous card had been deactivated due…read moreto fraud. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes (I was the only customer in line, and I understand that employees may be busy with other banking tasks), I explained my situation and was asked for my ID. The receptionist informed me that there were many records under my name and that she was unable to locate my account (which is understandable) so I offered to provide my bank account number. She responded, "Oh, we should have started with that from the beginning," although she had never requested it earlier. She then asked me to have a seat. I waited for 30 minutes before approaching the desk again to ask if someone could assist me, as I was running late for class. The supervisor, Mr. Castorino Pizarro, told me that the staff was on their lunch break. I told him that I understood, but that customers still needed to be attended to. He then began asking me about every form of identification I might have, in a manner that came across as discriminatory (seemingly trying to determine whether I was a citizen or not) despite the fact that we are both Latino. Ultimately, he told me that he could not issue me a new debit card because my Social Security Number was not on my account. I explained that I had it with me and could provide it immediately, but he refused, stating that it would take time to update in the system. While I understand that processing may take time, I had already waited 45 minutes just to be told this. I then went to a different TD Bank branch, where my issue was resolved within 15 minutes. I received my new debit card without any problem, and everything is now working perfectly. Save yourself the time and avoid visiting this branch, the customer service here is unacceptable.
