When the technician arrived, we walked the car together and I was given an agreed upon price. After the wash was completed, I was then told the car wasn't properly evaluated and the price would be higher because it "took longer than expected" - not due to anything unforeseen. I don't think that's acceptable. Pricing should be clear and agreed upon before any work begins -- not adjusted once the job is already complete. In this situation, it was never communicated that the price may be adjusted. It puts the customer in a difficult position and takes away from an otherwise positive experience. Again, the end result was great, which is why I'm not rating lower. But the pricing process needs to be more upfront and transparent. I'd recommend double confirming a firm price before they start to avoid any surprises.

Tony was really quick to respond and helpful setting me up. I decided to go with the Gold Plus package which was the full interior/exterior detail and the paint correction/enhancement for $600. The process did take a lot longer than originally quoted, but that's because my car needed a little extra love and care lol. SORRY AGAIN TONY! Haha. He did such a wonderful job making my car feel brand new again! I also enjoyed the updates he'd send me like a video showing me the dirty water after cleaning my seats. Let's start with the good. I spilled some smelly food on my passenger car seat on Friday night and contacted several businesses to get a quote. Frank was one of the first to respond, offered a fair price, and was available to come out the next morning to help clean my car. He was prompt, professional, and seemed to do a decent job. I tipped him for the service and let the car dry out with the windows down for the next few days, as directed A few days later when the car had dried out, I noticed the smell had improved, but was still present. I contacted Frank asking nicely if he would be able to come back and do a second round of cleaning, stating that I understood that this was just a particularly stubborn food spill and offered to pay him again for his time (I also left it open ended so he could name an appropriate price). This received no response. I followed up again, again to no response. I was turned off by this lapse in communication and went on to seek another company to help do further cleaning - which they did two more times, and with prompt and clear communication. Overall, I give this guy credit for doing a decent job the first time around, but all subsequent interactions pointed to a disregard for customer retention

I had a pretty dirty car to begin with. I hadn't washed it in about 5 years interior or exterior and when he was done with it, the whole car smelled clean and looked fresh. All the stains that used to be there were gone. Johnny is very honest and wants to make sure you're taken care of. Something I didn't pay attention to was the forecast. The day after our original appointment was supposed to rain, but he called me the day prior to let me know it would be a shame to wash it only to have it rained on, so we scheduled for a future date, which I really appreciated. He looks out for his customers, and I really respect and value that. He's also a hardworker. He made the 2 hour drive to my place for our appointment time at 9, but he wakes up between 4-5, so it's no easy trek. Right as he was leaving, I was just sitting in the car and admiring the work and how clean and new everything looked and he stopped to make sure that I was satisfied with the job and if there were anything that might come up, to let him know. I appreciate the service! Very respectful and has a good attitude. If/when my car is too dirty to handle, I'll reach out to him again.

Created an auto detail project via Yelp for my Mazda CX-5 and Myke was one of the prompt responses…read moreto my questions. I had inquired for a full detail with ceramic coat for my CX-5, and a clay and seal for my civic. I specifically asked to pay with crypto which he happily obliged. We exchanged a few messages and Myke was very prompt and professional in all his messages. His prices, although not the cheapest and not the most expensive, were reasonable. We eventually scheduled for a Monday and he and his helper arrived on time and started on my vehicle. They brought all their supplies needed and even a canopy, Myke was incredibly accommodating and very nice. Real down to earth guy. Mid way through my detail and before the ceramic coat, it started to get windy and ash started falling from one of the wildfires. It was quite unfortunate, but Myke suggested for them to come back tomorrow morning. He offered to rewash the vehicle, and make sure it is in top condition before the coat. They did end up completing the civic the same day though. The next day, Myke came back and re-washed BOTH vehicles (the civic was parked outside and had a light layer of ash) and completed the ceramic coat on my Mazda. If that isn't great service, I don't know what to tell you. Overall, he did a great job on the interior and exterior, everything looked new. He was able to get a lot of droppings, sap, solidified residue removed from my civic and get my Mazda as beautiful as can be. I would recommend his service. When writing a review, I always ask myself--would I hire them again? The answer is yes, hence the 5 star review.
