The service person changed all the filters in the house, and diagnosed a failing part on the AC unit. He said the part would last awhile longer, but we decided to replace it anyway to avoid a summer emergency. The service person was knowledgeable and courteous. They came out and after 45 minutes checking the system they told her she needed 3 parts that were bad and it would cost $4800.00. First. They didn't even check with Bryant to find out there was a 10 year warranty, which it has, and then sent a guy the next morning to sell her a new system for $7200. I called Bryant. They recommended 3 Bryant recommended company's. I called the first one, American. They came out the next day. There was too much refrigerant in the system causing the problem. He removed some of the refrigerant and, Walla, it was fixed. $160 and done. Do not call Southern Trust. Call American!

Finally on Tuesday morning I called Mayday and the owner Nathan answered immediately. He worked around my scheduled and came out later that day. After looking at it, he ordered the part. Once it arrived he came back out Thursday, once again working around my schedule and quickly replaced it. While there, he even looked at some faucets that had water flow issues and a backed up drain and handled all of them. He was extremely friendly. His prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to some of these larger companies around here that charge an arm and a leg just for simple items.
