This day I came with with my baby daughter to get some paperwork notarized which Jimmy already offered me an affordable quote over the phone. If you apply Covered California here, double check your application and make sure everything is correct. My mom came here to apply for herself only but some how my dad (who has Medicare - does not need to apply for CC) also received a bill from the insurance company for Coverer California. Meaning, the girl who processed her application applied two people for CC when there should only be one. Second, my mom picked "A" insurance plan and finalized it with paperwork. Some how, both my dad and mom each received a bill from "B" insurance plan, which is much costlier than my mom's previous choice. And plan "B" is "Enhanced PPO Child Only" (wtf..she's 63 yrs old). This makes me wonder if these were innocent careless mistakes or were it intentional due to greed/inner motive? The damage couldn't be fixed completely because my mom already made a payment for plan "B". She came back by herself but somebody else gave her some kind of excuses. I had to visit the office myself the third time with her to get those two major issues fixed. The bonus star was bc the manager of the office called us back later at night to apologize for his staff's mistake. I might post a follow-up rating in two months. read more

I'm so glad that I'm with OCCC. Insurance has always been an intimidating and cumbersome field to me, but they've made it as pain-free as possible. I truly feel like I'm in good hands and that they are looking out for my best interest. They are willing to go the extra mile to help me save time, money, and frustration. They really show that they care. I've worked with Nguyen and Jimmy and every encounter so far has been pleasant and productive. They are also very responsive... like even responding to an email within 5 minutes! I'm very grateful because they have made my life easier. I highly recommend! read more

Several years ago, I was referred to Jimmy for health insurance through a friend who is a longtime client. So, my family and I have been clients for several years and it just occurred to me -- I must write a review! Jimmy has gone WAY above and beyond the duties of a regular insurance agent. Truly exceptional he is. My mother had some complications with her original health plan (before going to OCCC). When she spoke with Jimmy, he helped her choose one much more appropriate for her needs. He also helped her see through the red tape of the legal wording in the contracts. Basically, he explained the various plans simply yet thoroughly. He made her plan very understandable and clear to her, since she found it really confusing talking with previous agents. He has been very patient with her (as well as with me and others in my family) along with being extremely generous with his time, since he's busy, as we aren't his only clients. LOL Jimmy helped me pick an excellent plan that fits my budget. What I appreciate the most about OCCC is that I feel they have my best interests at heart. I have recommended them to friends and other relatives as well. Normally, picking a health care plan is as fun as visiting a dentist to have some teeth pulled. But, with this company, and especially dealing with Jimmy, it was truly painless! Thanks for your outstanding customer care, my family and I really appreciate your care, patience, and professionalism! read more

Honestly, I like everything about them. And it's not because I've been with them for a long time but because no matter how many years have passed by, the way OCCC treat you and care for you remains unchanged, truly professional and sincere since Day 1. Any problems I brought over to the OCCC team, they would take their time to understand and analyze the problems before presenting me with the solutions and their associated Pros and Cons. They are fast and efficient. They follow-up promptly and thoroughly and provide constant updates on all of my cases, so I could focus on other important matters. All my friends that I referred to OCCC were all happy with their services and how knowledgeable they are. This place is like a "hole-in-the-wall" and I wish we have more of them in other cities. Like I said before, even after +1500 Days later, their services remain topnotch just like the 1st Day! read more

Great company, great service! The people there are extremely helpful and knowledgable. And what else is so wonderful about them is they have all the coverage you need. It's a one stop shop. I was on the market of finding health insurance and instead of just answering my questions, they went a step beyond and started introducing other options that are available. Explaining to me what the eligibility is and the benefits. In the end I was able to sign on a medical plan that saved me over 30% if I would had went with my original choice. On top of that, after my own plan was taken care of, I had decided to switch my parents' plans, and with their lack of English, they were also able to accommodate with someone who's able to communicate with them. Ensuring my parents' understanding of all the terms and until they were comfortable. This company is definitely a place to go. read more

I love working with Jimmy as my insurance agent during my surrogacy process. He was extremely helpful and understanding of the entire process. Jimmy was referred to me by a friend of mine and even though we have not met in person, Jimmy was able to coordinate everything and made sure I had the proper insurance coverage for my situation. He responds very quickly and made sure I understood the type of coverage I was getting. I will definitely work with Jimmy again for any future insurance needs. read more

They are very professional and helpful. I would totally recommend them to my friends.

One of the best things about OCCC is the way that it offers something that is very hard to find: peace of mind. Whether it would be Health Insurance, Life insurance or financial issues, OCCC enables me to live my life to the fullest without worrying about whether or not my loved ones will have the financial security they need in the future. Jimmy, the manager who works there, would know with certainty that I will be cared for and protected from any future financial difficulties that may arise. It is so much simpler to attain the right information from Jimmy than most people realize. Jimmy listens carefully and always establish excellent policies that are perfectly attuned to the needs of my family. And it is not just me that I feel special. He provides each and every one of his clients with a tailor-made policy that perfectly suits his or her needs. Peace of mind is very important to me and OCCC definitely delivers it! read more
