Appalling lack of management action regarding public indecency…read more I am highly disappointed with the complete failure of management at this location. As a paying member, I expect a standard of decency and a family-friendly environment, but my recent visit was entirely inappropriate. A male customer was walking through the store wearing nothing but a t-shirt and what appeared to be an adult diaper, man panties which left him completely exposed in both the front and the back. It was an incredibly indecent display that forced parents to cover their children's eyes while other customers were openly filming and laughing at the situation. Despite bringing this immediately to the attention of multiple employees and expressing that this was completely inappropriate for a store filled with young children, absolutely nothing was done. Management completely failed to address the issue or enforce any basic dress code or decency standards. I expect much better oversight for a store that requires a paid membership.

I have always thought the staff were courteous but reading other reviews I would definitely acknowledge the 2 week return policy and thoroughly inspect any item I purchased or walk in the shoes on a rug before wearing out and about and expecting to be able return. I mostly purchase for my self and the return policy makes me think I would not purchase a gift more than a week beforehand with the return policy in mind. I think return policies evolve like this because people sometimes buy and wear shoes with a low threshold for returning. (Not everyone but some). I have never owned a business but this policy may be a business survival strategy. I respect that.

Once at the register the staff member would not honor my $10.00 off my purchase. I had to remind her to do so. I also asked for military discount. She then ran the transaction. When I looked at the receipt I noticed that no military discount was applied. When I approached the staff member she acted very condescending telling me that it would be "only 10%" anyway and I already had a $10.00 reward. I ask her re-ring the transaction and she plainly refused saying I can only have one or the other. Wrong: I did not asked to double a discount. I had a reward AND asked for a discount. I did not want to cause a scene since my granddaughter was with me but will contact corporate today.
