From the moment we walked in, we knew we had chosen the perfect place. The venue is absolutely stunning -- elegant, warm, and intimate -- exactly what I had been searching for. The food was delicious, the service was phenomenal, and every detail was handled with such care and professionalism. While many people may think of this venue for weddings, birthdays, bridal showers, or baby showers, what truly sets them apart is their compassion. Rose and her team were so kind, gracious, and understanding during one of the most difficult times in my life, and that meant more to my family than I can put into words. They didn't just host an event -- they created a beautiful, meaningful gathering that honored my mother in the most lovely way. I will forever be grateful to La Petite Rose for their kindness, care, and excellence. I highly recommend them for any special gathering where you want both beauty and heart.

The round tables were also perfect for our 8-course Chinese banquet reception. Angela, the venue coordinator, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond to all of our questions and was incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the planning process. Angela also recommended Marcus Hopper, a bartender who frequently works weddings at Coto Valley. Marcus was an amazing bartender for our wedding, and we couldn't be more grateful for the recommendation! The BYO option at this venue also makes it incredibly customizable and budget friendly. Angela even helped us source a few servers to bus tables during cocktail hour and dinner, which was incredibly helpful. The grounds are naturally beautiful, and we took the majority of our wedding photos there even though our ceremony was held at a separate church. The greenery, gazebo area, and open expanses of grass were exactly what I was looking for in our photos. Another huge bonus is the closet full of decor that couples are free to use. This was so helpful and also a great way to reduce waste. We were able to use decor from the venue for our table numbers and seating chart window pane. The ballroom was perfect for our guest count of around 170, with plenty of room for a dance floor. Almost the entire ballroom is lined with windows, which brings in so much beautiful natural light. We are so happy we found Coto Valley Country Club for our reception! It checked so many of the boxes we were looking for, and Angela made the entire planning experience so much easier. We would absolutely recommend Coto Valley to couples looking for a beautiful wedding venue!

Their original booked venue dropped them without consideration after his military schedule changed, leaving us without the deposit and with just a month and a half to recreate their wedding plans. To say we were stressed would be an understatement. Then I called Coto Valley Country Club, and Angela welcomed us with open arms. From our very first conversation, she was incredibly understanding of our situation and the extremely tight timeline we were facing. She immediately put us at ease and made us feel like we were in good hands. Angela went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, including the things we had planned and the many things we hadn't even thought about. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and especially her calm and reassuring demeanor made what could have been an overwhelming experience truly enjoyable--from the very beginning all the way through the wedding day, and even the day after. And the result? Absolutely breathtaking!!! The wedding was everything our daughter and her fiancé envisioned and more. The natural beauty of the property alone makes Coto Valley Country Club one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Orange County--and trust me, we visited many. But what truly sets it apart is the people behind it. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the wedding for weeks afterward. They commented on how beautiful every detail was, how personalized and thoughtfully everything was handled, and how every vendor was truly a 10 out of 10. As a mother, being able to help create such a beautiful and memorable wedding for my daughter meant everything to me. What started as a stressful situation with an impossible timeline turned into one of the most special experiences we could have asked for. A heartfelt thank you to Angela and the entire Coto Valley Country Club team for making our daughter's wedding so beautiful, seamless, and unforgettable. We will always be grateful--and we would recommend this venue without hesitation to anyone looking for the perfect place to celebrate their special day!

After searching, meeting, and talking with more than 10 wedding coordinators, and being less than…read morethrilled with all of them, we found Teissia. After meeting with her, it didn't take long (about 10 seconds!) for us to decide to give her the reigns to our wedding...and we are so thankful we did. Teissia far exceeded our expectations leading up to the big day. She was more than happy to meet with us on several occasions to go over the details, to do a walk-thru at the site, and to meet with our caterer. She was always a phone call away, and ready with a knowledgeable answer. She also has a good number of references for those services we had trouble finding...like her recommended hair stylist, Marin...who was truly incredible to work with AND fit within our modest budget! Most importantly, she knew what she was doing when it came to the actual event. We are so blessed to have had her ready and willing to do so many of the little things we forgot like write out our chalkboard menu, handle flower petals in the fountain, hunt down our late lightning people, etc...and often without us even asking her. She was probably responsible for countless other things that we don't even know about. Her experience in running big events shined through most when our bar people wouldn't open up when we needed them on our hot wedding day. We later found out (from our parents) how she put her foot down and told them to open up or she would call their boss to make them (or something along those lines). In any case, it was because of Teissia that they opened up that moment! Plus, when we had a last minute important "surprise" guest that flew in on the day of the wedding (which could have resulted in seating arrangement chaos), all we had to do was talk to Teissia and she handled it like a veteran. She coordinated with the vendors, changed the number of chairs at the different tables, and basically made it all happen. She's a coordinator that knows how to get things done. Teissia combines the friendship, calmness, and knowledge you need during the stress-filled planning and preparation period, and the focus, composure, and feistiness (see bar story above) to make the event happen. We honestly had about as problem-free of a wedding one could imagine, and a lot of that was due to Teissia. Thank you so very, very much! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
