    I couldn't be happier with the job that Adriana and her team at OC Upholstery did for us! We needed the couch and front seats in our motorhome completely reupholstered because the old material was flaking really badly. When I reached out to Adriana, I received a great price that was extremely competitive. Her team made the entire process incredibly convenient--they came directly to our location, removed the couch and seats from the RV, and took them back to their shop. They had everything returned and reinstalled, looking fantastic, in about a week's time. The craftsmanship is superb. They did a flawless job reupholstering both the couch and front seats, using really nice high-quality Marine grade materials that are built to last. I highly recommend OC Upholstery for any of your vehicle or furniture upholstery needs!

    Needed a Lazy Boy re-upholstered. Contacted OC upholstery and using photos received a quote and a time of pickup. We decided to use leather. There was a delay for the material, and other jobs. The recliner was returned and we are very happy with the quality and workmanship. See pictures.

    RV Dinnette

    We contacted Adrianna and her team regarding re-upholestering our captain chairs and dinnette in our RV. She explained the different qualities of the fabric and explained the re-upholestry process including new high dense foam. The dinnette had a cushion topper issue and her team came up with a great solution. Her team agreed to remove all the chairs/parts while the RV was in storage. She provided fabric swatches and even provided larger fabric swatches to give us a better look at what the new coverings would like. They and transported them to her shop. The chairs and dinnette were completed in about a week and they re-installed them the next day. The finished product was beautiful, well tailored and extremely comfortable. Unfortunately about a week later we noticed the headrest portion of one of our Captain's chairs had collapsed. I called Adrianna and she and her team were out the next day. They removed the chair and took it to her shop for repair. Apparently a couple of the hog rings inside the back rest had let go and needed to be re-attached. They had the chair fixed and back in the RV within two days. Adrianna and her team produce the highest quality product for a reasonable price and they stand 100% behind their work. We have other upholstery jobs planned in the future and will be calling on OC Upholstery to complete the job. I highly recommend Adrianna and her team!

    Great staff very flexible. Fair prices, great communication. Super friendly and humble people that are great at their craft. Took a little extra time to go the extra mile. The leather seats look great! Highly recommend the shop,I will be coming here in the future. Thanks!

    Passenger Seat

    Reached out to OC Upholstery to get an estimate to have our RV furniture reupholstered. We had received two previous proposals that were extremely high and when we read some of the reviews for OC Upholstery we decided to reach out to them. Adriana was very responsive and was a tremendous help. She came to our home to look at the furniture in the RV that we wanted reupholstered. Her estimate was extremely reasonable for the reupholstery job and we were extremely surprised that the quote also included her team coming to us for both removing and reinstalling of all the furniture. When the job was completed and the furniture reinstalled it was everything we could have hoped for and more. The attention to detail and the quality of the work that went into the reupholstering work was outstanding. We plan to have more work done in the future using OC Upholstery.

    Just got my 2009 Porsche Cayman's sagging headliner fixed here. This is a very common problem on this generation Porsche and Adrianna was super easy to deal with. She gave me a great price and I was in and out by the end of the day. Quality of install looks very good so far! Will be back for more

    What can I say about OC Upholstery?! They have throughly impressed me not only by their outstanding workmanship but their customer service was 10/10. I had company visiting and didn't want to be embarrassed by my more than loved thrifted chairs, OC upholstery had a wide selection of fabric/ material and was more than pleasant to answer every and all questions I had. If you are looking to add some fun to your room or just renew some older furniture i highly recommended checking out this (woman owned) business. Thank you for meeting my short deadline and surpassing any expectations I had!

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.
