Since then, it's been rare to catch 5's, but i still go to practice on my game & hope to catch a quick game with whoever. Mostly youthful highschool kids. Environment can be immature and negative. Competition is mediocre. Still good runs for exercise. Recommend: Weekdays 4-8pm is the avg time frame ppl hoop up. Varies upon weather & season.

Lexington is proof! This park, at its core, is two large sized football/soccer fields that can be divided up for smaller league kid games. One field is natural grass, the other a composite. The entire park is well lit because of the night games that are played there, which makes for an overall inviting and safe experience - and I never see the park empty, it's always in use. Surrounding the fields are a running track that circles the distance of the park, a large playground area, seating for the parents, oh, a large set of bleachers for the FNL and soccer games. A workout area in the back with a circuit style set of arm/leg machines. Pickleball and basketball courts, a general area with covered seating for picnics and gatherings, and a large parking lot area that, although large, can be found filled on busy days. Overall this is a good park and a great addition to our cities lineup. We come here often to do sports or use their other various facilities. :)

I guess it was the last thing in their budget. All in all, it is a huge upgrade to the city of Cypress and we love walking here and that they have doggy bags for when our pupp finds a couple potty spots.

There are a good amount of trees to absorb the noise pollution from the traffic on Knott Avenue. Small picnic area is available for a little lunch rendez vous. There is a play area for children - jungle gym, swings. There is also a nice grassy area for you dog lovers and great for t-ball or soccer practice. Basketball court is available for a quick game of horse, one-on-one or larger team play. And there are nets in the basket, for all your nothing-but-net shots. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner ( who was so welcoming and kind). We used the party room upstairs which was soooo spacious, nicely designed, clean and well equipped with benches for viewing, a kitchen, sink, counter space for food and drinks and even kids chairs and TV. Also we could play music while the kids played basketball. I give the place a solid 10 out of 10. They also have basketball leagues for kids. We will definitely be back!
