Just had an excellent experience working with this place. I'm an insurance broker and advertise primarily through print. I contacted them requesting 8,000 door hangers for an upcoming event we were hosting locally. We also needed t-shirts, flyers, banners, mugs and business cards. The print quality was impressive, the prices were more than reasonable, the turn around me was quick, and the artwork re-design we asked them to do was better than what we originally submitted. To top it off they have something called a "street team" that distributed all of the door hangers for us to the homes in specific communities we were wanting to target. My personal experience OC print studio go above and beyond and I've personally have not experienced anything that I was not satisfied with but let's be honest nobody is perfect and nothing can always be perfect ... I can see that the owners are doing there best to fix the problem it's all you can ask from anyone!! To me writing a bad review should be seriously taken and we should probably not try attacking a situation but resolving it ,looks to me the owners are doing everything they can to resolve the situation.. They do not know what they are doing, at least when it comes to car window wraps here!! Not only did it take them countless hours to do mine correctly, they also marred up my car with a razor blade causing damage to my cars paint and plastic window pieces. When it was all said and done months later, they had the gaul to try to charge me for their poor work, even after causing great damage to my vehicle. Unbelievable!
