You will be guided to sit down until next officer is calling your name. When it's your turn, they will check your ID and all your papers again and then clip a number on the file for next step. The female officer also gave me a booklet to study for Civics test. You will be called to have your headshot taken and they will also scan your fingerprints. The female officer was nice and asked me if the photo was ok or if I wanted a retake. She also rechecked if my names are with any typos. There are two restrooms which are clean to use. I received a voicemail from Officer Martinez asking for mo was not theree information. The second time I came down to the PD, I was told Officer Martinez was not there. Ibrought down a complete report as to what happened on May 14th. I included pictures to assist in understanding my complaint. I then went on Yelp to see what kind of reviews Santa Ana Club Towing had. There were over 5 pages of reviews, and my suspicions were spot on. I made a copy of at least 25 reviews, all collaborating with my report about Santa Ana Towing Club setting up a sting to tow cars. For the 3rd time I brought down my findings to the Tustin PD.These reviews date back to 2023,24,& 25. I am appalled at the history of this company and can't believe these incidents have gone on this long without any investigations. Again, I was informed that Officer Martinez was not in. They don't have voice mail so you can't leave a message for them. This time they told me she was in some sort of training and wouldn't be back until next week. I asked if I could leave her a message to call me. They took my name and number but I do not have much faith in my message being delivered. Why did they not tell me from the very start she was in some training and would not be back for a few weeks. Go figure? So now I wait and see if anything will be done. However, the process was actually not that bad - I was in and out in about 20 mins. The office itself was very clean - one of the cleanest, well kept SSA offices I've been to. My least favorite about this trip was the waiting to be called part, but once called, it was all smooth sailing. And honestly, I think you're all with me on that one: nobody likes the waiting part. The location used to be a former Edwards Theater, but since been converted for meetings and events. The entrance can be a little confusing walking in, but it's located right next to California Pizza Kitchen. You will see a flight of stairs and once you get up there, you'll be inside the building. We were on one side of the building, but did not see any visible elevators, so keep that in mind if you happen to come here. The restrooms are easily accessible and clean here, but nothing to really get excited about. There is a center lounging area, with multiple sofas that's between the meeting rooms. Parking is adjacent to the building, but can also be challenging as it shares parking with The Marketplace center. So you may have to walk a little further when you do come visit.

I was surprised at how small it is actually. You can drive from one end to the other end rarely easily lol I did not have time to check out the museum here. I would like to do that next time I visit. Museums are fun and learning about the history of the city of Tustin might be fun. There's lots of walkable restaurants and shops. The only thing I didn't like about Old Town Tustin was the parking situation. It's hard to find parking anywhere. I drove around and around. When a spot opened, like everyone was fighting over it lol I did find some parking, further out and had to walk a bit.
