Cute little town with tons of shops around. We went for the farmers market on Wednesday which was really nice.

Love this quaint Tustin town. There's so much history in store here. If you go and check out the Tustin Area Historical Society museum, you will learn the history of how Tustin came to be and the growth of the city from orange groves to industrial buildings. Everywhere you see bits of art displayed on El Camino Real street and lots of little cafes to enjoy. There's also a Farmer's market every Wednesday

Old Town Tustin is cute, quaint, and fun to walk around. Our favorite spots are Centro, Chaak, Rutabegoorz, and Morning Lavender.

I finally got the chance to explore this beautiful place…read more. They do charge a fee to go in and also there's limit parking inside but there the street parking right next to it. There is no time limit to go inside and walk around and explore everything. I took my sweet time inside they do have people inside to guide you and explain details about the house. I did videotape the house just in case you guys don't have time to go. You guys can explore what I explored.

Paranormal Investigation Review…read more Our group was lucky enough to do a Paranormal investigation of Dr Howe-Waffle House. We had complete access to both floors of the house, but not the attic, and the coach house. We were given three hours to do our investigation, and we had a blast. Noah and Jessica, the house docents, were awesome and answered all of our questions. PROS: * FREE Parking. Gated and safe. 14 spaces available with plenty of metered street parking. * Complete access to both floors of the house, except the attic, and both levels of the Coach house for your investigation * The House Docents, Noah and Jessica, were available before, during, and after our investigation. Helped out with questions and guidance to paranormal hotspots *There is a nice and clean bathroom on the bottom floor for our use. * We were able to use all our paranormal investigative tools during the investigation. * This Dr. Howe-Waffle House is Haunted.... Cons: * Very pricy for a 3-hour investigation. There were 10 of us at $75 a pop. * The more people you go with, the more noise pollution you will have. You constantly have to be aware of where your team is and communicate with them. Inside and outside noise travels well in the house. * Being on the corner of W. Civic Center Drive and S. Syucamore St., there is a lot of outside noise pollution from vehicular and pedestrian traffic outside. The night we investigated, it was raining, it was cool, but you definitely picked up the wet traffic outside * The upper level of the Coach house is a little cluttered, so be careful if you investigate in the dark up there We picked up multiple EVPs (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) from a little girl and a woman, Orbs, and a light anomaly in one of the bedrooms. What an awesome experience The Dr. Howe-Waffle House is Haunted, no doubt about it, and the ghosts there do have a story to tell if you listen closely enough

A lot of them are one day only special showings and some are played a couple days, so definitely follow their socials to see what's going to be showing next. They also have their own film club that you can join with discounts and benefits too. They also have their own merchandise too and participate in a lot of local community events, which is always neat. Love to see that. Concessions are also affordable, unlike at large chain theaters. Huge plus. I came back here again recently to watch the Bang Dream! 10th Anniversary concert showing. Lots of cosplayers, wota doing wotagei (Google it, you won't be disappointed) during the showing (testament to how chill welcoming this theater is), and we did a group photo at the end together and there was a merch gathering in front. Absolute W. Since it is a smaller theater, the restrooms can get super busy with lots of people there for a singular event, so keep this in mind if you have to time your restroom breaks best on intermission etc. My only qualm, though might makes sense based on context, but the seats were super uncomfortable (though I was sitting for 5 hours for a very extended showing) and my lower back and butt muscles were cooked. Maybe bring a cushion or something for the next visit.

The Frida Cinema is situated in the heart of Downtown Santa Ana, and fits right into the cultural district. We were greeted by a very friendly worker, who later came into the theater to announce our movie. We watched Little Women, one of the two movies playing for the day. I had a great time! They play many classics, horrors, and diverse films that are selected. Other movies currently playing include Gremlins and How the Grinch Stole Christmas. You can go on their website and check out their movies. I would definitely go back and catch a movie again at The Frida Cinema. You can also rent the venue for film screenings, birthday parties, etc.
