Went to the Harvest Festival one year (located at the Cashman Field venue) and came across Linda,…read moregemologist's booth. She & her staff were all very nice, did not pressure me or rush me, either (there were other customers checking out their stock). I was able to look at all the pieces (there were so many Larimar beauties) until I decided which one was for me (if I am really interested in something, I tend to see what all my options are). I selected a single Larimar gemstone (teardrop shape) ring set in sterling silver. I paid $32.43 for it, a real bargain; I wanted to go back again to check out her booth, but didn't make it. Larimar is so beautiful (shades of blue and green). If you check out amazon.com, the pieces vary in price, but you might not get such a generous stone, though. And furthermore, your purchase of larimar helps support the local communities in the Dominican Republic- Linda buys directly from these miners (only place this gemstone comes from). I also checked out her website www.rindarocks.net for more of her offerings. Lots of beautiful items, pendants, rings, earrings, etc., might make another purchase that way. I could add another gorgeous piece to my collection.

This review is linked to the website but is actually about the Natural…read more Creations road show at Sam's Clubs. They say that no two stones are alike. Like snowflakes, each is different and unique. That's what makes natural stone jewelry so great. I can get a diamond ring from Kay Jewelers and it will probably look exactly the same as 10,000 others out there, but when I get a natural stone pendant, ring, or necklace, I know there will not be another one out there that is the same. Mine is the only one. Natural Creations has the biggest selection of natural stone and opal jewelry that I have ever seen. With more variety of stones and variety of styles within each stone type, it took me literally hours to browse even a small sampling of the work. Predominantly wire wrapped pendants, standard pendants, rings, bracelets and necklaces, the selection is endless. That, and the prices are WAY below what I would pay anywhere else. Linda and Don, the two proprietors, claim to make and wire wrap all of their own jewelry and they stand behind their products. From $15 agate pendants to $10,000 carved opals, and everything in between, there are stones for all levels and tastes. They are very knowledgeable about their product (having mined a good portion of it themselves), and do a great job of informing you about exactly what you are getting. While they can be hard to find (the nomadic nature of road shows makes it so), they can always be located via their website or with a quick call to the business number. This is the kind of thing that, while it could be bought online, it's much better purchased in person. "You don't choose the stones, the stones choose you" is what they told me, and I really think it's true. There's nothing like holding the gem in your hand. Once the right stone lands in the palm of your hand, you know it. So track these guys down at your local Sam's Club. They're bound to show up there some time soon. And when you do, make sure you leave some time to browse!!

The store and its contents exude feminine energy and offer beautiful, luxurious, ultra-girly circle and ruffled skirts, bustiers and dresses of various lengths and fits. I purchased an outfit for a wedding as well as a birthday party and summer rendezvous. The clothing ranges from about $80 - $100 a piece; aside from the sale section which offers hefty 40% price for equally cute and high-quality items from what I'm assuming is the past season. Unlike most sales racks, you can find treasures of all sizes rather than throwaway items in either XXS or XXL. My favortie piece i purchased was actually from the sale section and was a fitted white skirt with floral details and a pink bow across the waist which was actually flattering, indicative of the high quality KESTAN maintains. I would say the products span an adequately-sized selection. The only caveat is the sizing which runs a bit small in my opinion

I am recently engaged and was looking for someone to work on sizing my engagement ring, the gal who made the ring said to go to someone local- so I yelped "jewelry stores" and Treasure Box sounded good. Hilly is so cool, and helpful. I immediately felt at ease and trusted her with not only my engagement ring but the many other rings I brought to her to size, or fix chips or clean. She is truly a gift. Every time I go in everybody is so nice and QUICK with my repairs. Highly recommend Treasure Box and will only go to them go forward. Thanks a Million, Alicia

Pulido Jewelers is the absolute best! They are a family owned and run company and it shows in all…read morethe best ways. They treated my fiancé and I as family and were very welcoming. I found them through yelp and was glad I did. I showed up as a walk in (assuming that I may not get much one on one help especially if they had previous appointments or other things going on) so I was ready for a quick glance around and introduction to see what they had available, but they took me in and Kathy sat down with me for almost an hour or so! She had another appointment scheduled while I was there but her husband came through and took the appointment couple while she stayed helping me. I felt very taken care of. They even offered me a drink while I was there! I needed help with taking old diamonds from my future in-laws old wedding rings and creating a customs ring to include the diamonds. Kathy was very informative and experienced in what looks good, why specific designs are created in those ways, and asking the right questions to help me (a very uninformed novice to jewelry) find what I wanted in creating such a special piece. We ended up with a custom made ring inspired by another design and the turn around from placing the order to receiving the ring was not long at all! They even worked hard to help me get the ring before the day that I was planning to propose. Which was a huge stress relief! Even after the proposal, we were able to take the ring back in and have it resized (we got it a tad too big....oops!). After the resize you can't even tell that it was cut and reattached to make smaller. Kathy also sat with us to talk about wedding band options, helping us think about what look/type of ring we'd want. Pulido Jewelry created a beautiful and sentimental piece that will last forever. I can't thank them enough for the time, care, attention to detail, and warm welcome in helping us throughout the process. They are amazing. Go to them ASAP! She even mentioned they can work on any other family heirlooms we may have. Definitely will return for our next fine jewelry in the future. Thank you Pulido Jewelry!!
