I find it funny how business owners are so apologetic in a review but on the phone it was quite the opposite. I spoke with Hector and his only concern was his reputation. I completely understand that, however he was not sorry about the mistreatment of my personal property. Not once did he say that. He actually said that these things happen. If I came by he would see what can be done. No protective measures were taken, they wet the whole interior of my new car. They left three big pieces of blue lint in my rear window. All of my windows have bubbles still to this day. If anyone wants to see them in person I would be happy to do that to save you from having the same problem. No I don't want them touching my car. Maybe they should stick to upholstery.

I definitely wouldn't recommend them for a blackout package. I purchased a brand new pickup from a local dealership and they outsourced a Blackout package to OC Autostyle. After about 6 months of driving the vehicle I reached out to them because all the chrome was starting to show where the black had come off. They refused to address the issue and claimed it is solely caused by road debris. Not a fan. Look for some place else to get your Blackout package.

WHAT DID YOU GET DONE: + New Sound System: Alpine Head, Infinity Kappa Perfect 6x9 in the front Critical-Mass components in the back, JBL StealthBox and 4 Tactile BassShaker... +New Black Leather interior. ( The interior is so nice taking more than one pic seemed like bragging) . Omg best value add to my Tacoma, my truck feels like luxury. BACKSTORY: My brother-in-law who works at Hyundai of Anaheim recommended me to this place because the Anaheim dealerships use them. To the untrained eye, it seems that they don't sell to the public ( no marketing in the street) which seems great specially cause their passing the savings to their clients. If you give them a chance "Ask for George B." He took care of me where I felt like a client not just a customer, if you meet George you'll know their being HONEST and wants to see you happy. I did price shopping for almost 2 years ( Don't roll your eyes I know) and this place was it. (After A month with my Truck: I'm the type of person who feels really bad for spending on luxury items I don't really need (you know leather, premium sounds, lift kits,) but really want. we met them at the Long Beach EV show and they were unique to be able to do inside and wrap our cybertruck. we finally got it and immediately got it wrapped. we chose the self healing wrap that lasts 10 years and a custom high end interior. And boy they did an Incredible Job. We were so amazed and just love it. check out the pics. would recommend them to the world. great quality and value they bring. George B is amazing and got us photos how things were going, but we also could see it all from our cameras in the car. they are really neat and care for your car. so check out our pics and thanks for being Incredible!

2013 RAM 1500: Headliner, sun visors, and new leather all-around.

I met with Martin and he immediately understood what I wanted. Upgrade the interior of my 11-year-old ruck and change from light grey to black. He provided me with a fair price and did the job in two days. The work quality was excellent. The people there all seemed so nice; it was a fun place to be. I'd go there again in a heartbeat!

I started off getting my a new stereo system put into my 2023 Silverado. I had previously picked out components, coaxial rear, and sub/amp combo. Martin was really helpful in putting it all together at a very good price. The instal was done to a very high quality. I then ordered wheels/tires/suspension. The eibach coil overs that Martin helped me pick out ride very nice. Originally I had picked out a set of bilstein 6112 with resi shocks in the rear but they were on back order. I'm very happy with the eibach setup. Will be back for future projects and vehicles

Took in my 2020 Ram 1500 Rebel for a 6inch Rough Country lift kit, 20x9 4Play Wheels wrapped 35x12.50R20 Fuel tires, and I was NOT disappointed. I have been following OC Autostyle on social media for some time now, and was aware of the amazing builds coming out of their shop, so I knew it was the right choice when I was ready to upgrade my truck. To begin with, Martin is my go-to person. He is courteous, informative, and provided answers to each of my inquiries. The value for the service provided is unmatched and extremely fair. My truck was in and out of the shop within 2 days, and everything was installed the way it should be, the very first time. They did exactly what I requested and ensured I was 100% satisfied with my build. Most importantly, I recently encountered a small issue with my build (not caused by OC Autostyle) and without hesitation, Martin asked me to stop by the shop to get it taken care of immediately. Their customer service is second to none, and it is obvious they pride themselves in their work. NEVER going to another shop...they've gained a lifetime customer with me, and an advocate to their business. If you are considering getting any type of work done to your vehicle, PLEASE check OC Autostyle out and ask for Martin. I guarantee you, the peace of mind knowing they took care of your ride and the work done to it, is absolutely worth it!

Had my trucks hood wrapped for about a year & a half. Notice it starting to fade really bad. It was a matte black wrap. Took the wrap to a different wrap shop to remove the wrap & they were telling me cheap wrap was used. So i went back to oc auto to get it removed. & told me i was using cheap soap to wash my truck & that's the reason why it started peeling. They charged me 300 to remove it. They stained my hood black. Put the torch on the corner of the hood & made the paint bubble. Now my clear coat is peeling off. I don't recommend this place at all anymore.

As I first time Jeep owner I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but I did know I wanted to change A LOT on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL. The dealership had some initial changes made at this shop (leather seats, black roof, black stock fenders, tinted windows) but after a few months I knew I wanted to do some major upgrades. Cut to two years later and they have installed new bumpers, winch, electronic running boards, new grill, front/rear fenders, 2" lift, 33" tires and new Rockstar wheels. Every experience has been really great, and George is available basically 24/7. My jeep looks amazing and I know that the work is top notch. Great shop, knowledgable team, and easy location with lots of parking... worth the one hour drive (I live in the Fairfax District). Something tells me I will be back for more fun upgrades!

Loved my experience here. George is the man! I called in around 9am and said I've got this 330 with blown out speaker and sun roof shade liner falling out. He said bring it in and had it all wrapped up by 4pm. Love driving my car so much more now. So happy to have them in my back pocket for my other cars. Especially their upholstery work! This place it's actually not bad. They always provide good customer experience but man my subs !! I've had to go back 2 times because something is always off so they start cutting off. They tell me is something with my amp. But my amp it's perfectly fine. Besides that everytime I go the place it's decent. Prices are okay and customer service is good as well. read more

I do not recommend for headliner work. The headliner was dirty and I had to ask several times to clean it. They glued 0lastic cover on pillars because material used was too thick. The glue oozed out and eventually the covers fell off. They had to redo them. Sloppy work overall and I wasted a lot of my time. read more

Very upset with their service , I got a window tint on my Honda Accord 2017 and they fucked it up the same day my cars tint was with like a huge as bubble , they rushed my car and didn't take their time to do it right I had to go back and fix it and after I did one of the guys their still had the nerve to say that on my side of the window it looked like I hit it with the seatbelt the customer service sucks! The only guy who was really sorry was the one who did the tint on my car, but they definitely suck for window tint regret going there! Won't recommend anyone either! read more

So I've been looking around for a shop to do my installs that I didn't have the tools for, and for a shop that would do the job the first time, and these guys are honestly my go-to shop. I ain't the type to take my car to a shop, and prefer to do things on my own, but man, They've done the best work on my 2014 dodge charger R/T when I needed someone to do a job I wasn't able to do. They've done works such as my installing the spoiler seen in the pics, bumper fasteners since I have an aftermarket bumper, they readjusted my splitter rods to hold onto the actually bumper instead of the lower grill, and today they were able to install my new carbon fiber wheel. These guys are super fair with pricing, and will not rip you off, and they treat you well, and treat your car like it's their own. George and Anthony have been the biggest help ever since the first job I've had them do! Highly recommend! read more

I took my Silverado in for a drop and sunroof thinking I would get professional work , ended up getting a Mickey Mouse drop these guys did a horrible job on the suspension,it took abt 3days for me to get it back and after that it was problem after problem at first it was wrong parts then had problems on the alignment $1300 to the trash to top it off only gave me some of my OEM parts,I'll be honest they did a good job on the sunroof but for Suspension work your better off somewhere,Sunroof ran me for abt 900 read more

This place has some of the worst customer service I've seen in a very long time. Is the equipment they installed on my car did not work properly and when I complained to them they said well it's a small price to pay for your car to look the way it does. But I mean come on when you pay for something you expect it to actually work too, not just look nice! And you might as well forget trying to get your money returned for stuff that doesn't work instead they tell you well sorry too bad read more

I had a sunroof installed on my 2016 Toyota Prius. The installation was good but I had some areas on the roof where it needed to be touch up. I called my Toyota dealer who referred me to Hector. I gave him a call. He was very reassuring that he could fix the problem. I stopped by, showed him my concerns. They polished the roof of the car and within 20 minutes the problem was resolved. Went here to install 2 sub woofers and an amp, I told them I only had an hour and they took on the challenge. I was helped by Serg and had (Stevo) install it for me. Gave me a quote and worked with me. it sounded perfect and they showed me what I needed. Good pricing. Bring cash and they won't charge tax, they except debit. Fosho coming back. read more

So just left OC Auto Style and I have to say. They by far have been the best overall shop I have been to thus far. To make a long story short I purchased a new aftermarket hood for my 2008 Mustang GT Roush that I needed painted and installed. Not only did they hold on to the hood for me for close to a month due to me not having the space at my apartment but they have without a doubt the best prices for their labor. The week before I planned on getting the hood installed this weekend I got in a small fender bender that messed up the front bumper. So I go into the shop to talk about them finally installing and painting the hood but also showed them the front bumper. I went in expecting to pay a little around $1500 for everything but they quote me only $800 bucks! Since they saved me so much money I now am also having them do some custom vinyle stripes down the whole car and some other things which all together still was under my budget. Have yet to see the final results as they are starting the work Monday but if their work is anything like their customer service and pricing then I for sure plan on purchasing my rims, upholstery, stero and a bunch more here. Anthony was the main man I spoke with and was seriously a life saver. If you're looking for a shop that puts you first and does everything under the sun when it comes to cars I have to say to go to OC Auto Style and speak to Anthony. Thanks guys! read more

I've recently took my truck here to get a sound system installed and I am writing this review to say how horrible service was. I picked up my truck, they took my money and gave me my keys, not explaining or going over any of what was done or how to work any of the new equipment that was installed. The same day I realized that my headlights weren't working! they were working perfectly fine before I took it in. I called first thing Monday morning since they are closed on Sunday. I took the truck in and they didn't want to take responsibility for this. After a week, I also notice that my front passenger seat does not move forward or backward anymore. They also messed that up since they installed an amp underneath that seat. Do yourself a favor people and DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Horrible customer service and quality of work!!!!! read more

I just picked up my 2008 4 Runner from OC Auto style. They totally warranted a faulty driver seat back cushion. In addition, they replaced the bottom cushion while they were at it. It is a perfect match to the complete leather interior they completed last year that looks OEM too! Very few questions asked about the problem as the replacement had a 1 year guarantee they provided at their cost. Their attention to detail is meticulous I highly recommend this vendor. Yes yes yes. The service was great!!! Hector was amazing over the phone. Super friendly. Once I got there, from West LA mind you, Anthony took great care of me. They gave me exactly what I asked for, and it was as if they have never even been in my car when it was all done. Meaning: no dirt, no scratches, no pronlems! My car sounds amazing!!!!!!! Man dis spot is so legit they took care of me and my Avalanche put em on 26s for a good deal fast order em and put on same day then the next day came back for more changed out all speakers to kicker and upgraded my subs from 2 bs 12s to the new Kicker L7 15 Q class now you can hear me b4 you see me !
