Then we were told to take us home would be $100.00! (for a 23.5 mile/21 minute ride on highway). It was cold and we were tired, so we paid the ransom. There was no meter used for the ride and likely the money was just pocketed. I would avoid this company like the plague. Very sad to take advantage of people this way :(

We provided a one night deposit of $283.28 in November 2018 to hold our reservation. At check out we were provided with a billing manifest for $566.56 which is for two nights stay. We asked why the deposit of $283.28 was not applied to our account. We were assured by the clerk at the front desk that the credit would be brought over and applied when our credit card was charged and that it would only be an additional amount of $283.28. He even hand wrote this on our receipt. Guess what? They went ahead and charged our credit card for the $566.56. OUCH!!! We contacted both Aramark accounting department and the Crater Lake Lodge manager numerous times. They even promised that a check would be Fedex to us. But after following up a few days later said a check had not been issued. Apparently they cannot issue a credit back to your credit card! Wow they don't have that capability in 2019. HUGE HUGE runaround. These people are total scammers, dishonest and couldn't care less about your stay or visit at our National Park. Teddy Roosevelt would be ASHAMED! We are too.
