On a previous occasion, they got us to the airport just fine, but didn't have anyone there to pick us up, although I had made a reservation before we left, and had called them before getting on the flight to Medford. Then we were told to take us home would be $100.00! (for a 23.5 mile/21 minute ride on highway). It was cold and we were tired, so we paid the ransom. There was no meter used for the ride and likely the money was just pocketed. I would avoid this company like the plague. Very sad to take advantage of people this way :(

We provided a one night deposit of $283.28 in November 2018 to hold our reservation. At check out we were provided with a billing manifest for $566.56 which is for two nights stay. We asked why the deposit of $283.28 was not applied to our account. We were assured by the clerk at the front desk that the credit would be brought over and applied when our credit card was charged and that it would only be an additional amount of $283.28. He even hand wrote this on our receipt. Guess what? They went ahead and charged our credit card for the $566.56. OUCH!!! We contacted both Aramark accounting department and the Crater Lake Lodge manager numerous times. They even promised that a check would be Fedex to us. But after following up a few days later said a check had not been issued. Apparently they cannot issue a credit back to your credit card! Wow they don't have that capability in 2019. HUGE HUGE runaround. These people are total scammers, dishonest and couldn't care less about your stay or visit at our National Park. Teddy Roosevelt would be ASHAMED! We are too.

They drove up in a small bus with the raft attached and took us to the starting point. It was a beautiful day for us to enjoy the water. The guide provided us with plenty of information about how to raft during the rapids. During the downtime of floating down the river he provided us with plenty of information with the nature around us and the different animals. This is a great activity for all age groups and experience levels.

They confirmed and told us they would call 15 minutes before arrival for a 9:30 pick-up. At 9:20 we had to call them again -- no answer. They called back at 9:25 and said they were "running 15 minutes late." BS. If they were out on a run they would have given us a heads up that they were going to be late. Had to drive ourselves and eat a huge long-term airport parking fee. We had used them in May and had a great experience -- don't know what happened, but I can't imagine using them again after this.
