Honestly this was an amazing heck of a ride and I would recommend anyone to come by! We had Dave as our guide and we actually got a call the night before upgrading us from the half day to full day adventure and that was a pleasant surprise! The owners also have this super cute dog and let you pet him. We took a bus from the park to the start of the river and it was really nice to end up where we parked since you float downstream. We started off the day with kayaking on class 2 rapids which weren't too strong but still tossed us around and definitely got us wet! After a nicely prepared lunch and some down time we got to experience the powerhouse and nugget falls which was so so fun and thrilling and Dave does a great job doing fun things like dip the front and back of the boat directly in the water. We also did this really fun thing called Rodeo where we tried to balance on the raft for 8 seconds as it spun around -- spoiler alert I failed. Thanks to Dave and Genesis for making this such an unforgettable journey and making our time in Medford so fun! They also offered photos and video for $20 at the end and we got some priceless memories!

What a fun experience!! My partner and I booked a mid-week 2:15 pm half-day rafting experience and ended up being the only ones! We were treated to a private white water rafting tour by David who was a great guide. We had so much fun, we literally didn't want it to end! Everything you could need is provided except sunscreen. Water shoes, life vests, and helmets are included. There is also snacks and water available. We felt very safe and well-informed during our tour. There is time between rapids to swim in the river and David let us swim for as long as we wanted to/could. The rapids were so much fun and David did most of the work and made sure we had a lot of fun. Will be back if we're ever in the area again! It's a must do forsure.

My partner booked this as my first whitewater rafting experience and it was an absolute blast. Because of COVID-19 we asked if it would be possible to have just the two of us on a boat and while I can't say our experience might apply to everyone we were fortunate enough to have that request accommodated with Mitch as our guide. Between conversations about common interests like climbing and our lives, the entire time was really enjoyable and Mitch made me feel really at ease about the whole experience despite it being my first time rafting. Mitch also took the time to pull us to shore to look for agate as well as pick some wild blackberries. Definitely not something he had to do but it was an awesome touch that showed how much he cared about us enjoying our time and not just sticking to the barebones rafting experience. We also got some great photos from Genesis at Nugget falls and Powerhouse. I had an absolute blast and it was refreshing to have a guide that was genuine and not full of canned or rehearsed jokes. I'm definitely looking forward now to rafting again and if I'm ever back in the area I'll definitely come back. I can't recommend this business enough and I'll be sending my friends this way as well if they pass through!

Great white river rafting experience! My partner and I went for the long weekend, and Dave was a great tour guide the entire time. We arrived in the morning, and after a 20 minute drive were ready to be loading into the water. We got to kayak for the first half before lunch. We went through some class 2 rapids by ourselves in the Kayak which was a really great experience! Lunch was a quick sandwich or leftovers. They had snacks and drinks for the larger group too. After lunch was when the real adventure started. Dave taught us all about the different safety precautions though fun games and adventures. Learning how to paddle and lean properly to how to pull someone back into the boat. Overall, it was an extreme thrilling and fun morning. I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking for a great white river rafting experience.

From the very beginning of the day Dave and his team greeted us with hospitality and communication that made even nervous beginners like us confident. We spent the 3 hours laughing and had a blast. 10/10 would go back. We also felt the price was very reasonable for how accommodating and fun the trip was.

We had so much fun with our guide Dave! It was a thrilling ride but we felt confident w Dave's ability to take us down safely. Best rafting experience I've ever had, don't look anywhere else when booking your next trip.

I rented a house in Eagle point to be the base for our Creater lake adventure, we did enjoy our Creater lake tour but I never expected that our river rafting will top creater lake. I booked with Jefferson State Outfitters and the crew/group are so amazing! From the time they pick us up at our meeting point all the way to the end of our rafting trip. The team had been so fun, courteous and efficient!!!! They made our Oregon trip unforgettable. The pictures taken by the crew are awesome too!!!

    We survived!!

I took my 8 yr old daughter and we chose Jefferson State for our rafting adventure because they offered a later time than the other agencies.Dave was our guide and he was amazing. It was just us and Dave which I appreciated not being crammed into a raft with a bunch of people. I was even 15 minutes late and he waited for us. My daughter has never gone w.w. rafting before and today's experience was more exciting than anything I have ever done.! We went over several waterfalls and types of rapids. Dave was very patient and kind with my 8 yr olds questions and took the time to explain things to her. We are going back to Indiana tomorrow and are so happy we chose this for our last big adventure!! Thanks for a fantastic time!!!

Amazing trip! Guides are very informative and make the trip fun and easy for first timers. Great food halfway through and crazy rapids which were crazy fun. 10/10 will come back again!

Don't worry when you follow the directions on where to park and see no business or signs. They literally meet under the bridge next to the parking lot. The boats will arrive at a small metal dock near the bridge. Before the boats arrived we started seeing others gathering and a random woman approached us to check us in and arrange the people waiting by how many are in their party. We finally boarded the boat and the fun began! The captan made sure to offer speed boat thrills on the way to Discovery Park. We were drenched and our backpacks soaked after a few minutes. We were cooled down from the extreme temperatures of 119 that day. Discovery park was surprisingly a strip of land that straddles the rouge river and an enormous pond. The land area is a few acres with a full bar/snack bar, covered tables, gift shop, porta potties, misting coolers, trees for shade, grassy places to set up a picnic blanket, music and more. Of course the main attraction is the huge pond with a floating dock, slide, pedal boats, paddle boards, life vests, etc. We enjoyed 3 hours of water play, snacks, and relaxing in the shade. Overall, the Discovery park is great for families.

We passed Noah's having lunch as we entered the Canyon. After a minor pin and a raft getting dump-trucked we still felt comfortable. Just before the 3rd rapid from the end, the Noah's guides offered me Beta on the final 3 rapids. While the first 2 could be considered read-and-run, their Beta saved me on the last rapid. My point: It's not always just about the river and making a 'check-mark' on your adventure list. It's about the adventure and the quality of those (the guides) who provide that SAFE adventure. I've been on a Rogue trip with Noah's and periodically call them for advice on the rivers they run. They are always congenial and give honest feedback. Turned out I knew one of the guides (they all look familiar) so that was a bonus seeing a friend on the river. Please make the effort to run K'íka·c'é·ki Canyon
