The selection of cardio and weight training is well-rounded for a person who takes their training seriously. The place is suitable for those who wish to execute their workout routine and leave, instead of people who want to hang out and be sociable. Workout equipment includes stair step machines, arm weights, a couple of bench press benches and several squat cages. Also, treadmills and lots of Nautilus machines . Music is piped in. Helpful staff are available a couple of periods per day. Cleaning spray is available for each change of users on the equipment. Bring your own towel and water. If I had to pick one thing to improve the gym it would be a shower stall for rinsing up after work outs.

Teresa had excellent cues, noticing when parts of my body weren't doing exactly what the pose required. I really had an excellent class. The space is clean, welcoming, and they have blocks, towels, and any materials you might need for your class. Plus, they have a little gift shop! I also found out they're open all year long (with a different schedule) but I'm thrilled to know this, as my family sometimes comes in the off season.

The studio is clean and spacious with a very relaxing vibe. I used the studio's props and mat and appreciated how clean they were. The bathroom was also well stocked and clean. I'm recovering from a hip replacement so I met with the instructor, Anna, prior to class. She was very friendly and encouraged me to do what felt best for my body at any time. The flow of the class was perfect for any level. I am new to yoga so it was comforting to notice Anna checking in with me during the class. I highly recommend this studio to enhance your practice and your OBX experience.
