I even returned to the business just to tell the owners how content I was with the cart. Then, a year or so later, I needed to have my batteries recharged and I took it on my trailer to their business. Upon arrival, a young lady employee jumped onto the golf cart and promptly started to drive it off the trailer. The problem was, she turned too soon and scraped the right rear chrome wheel against a support on the trailer. This left a considerable scratch on an otherwise scratchless wheel. I pointed out the fact to the young lady that she scratched the wheel and I said, "You will repair it, right?" She hesitated and indicated that she would have to check with the owner of H&H. I left the cart at the business and upon returning, the owner said he repaired the scratch. I asked how and he said he painted it. I asked how long it would last. The owner said one year. I felt the "repair" should be longer lasting. Skip ahead about a month and I inspected the wheel to find that the scratches were quite prominent. Upon deciding to have the golf cart wheel professionally repaired, I took it to H&H andc spoke with the owner. I suggested that he pay for the wheel repair since it was marred by the actions of his employee. I had nothing to do with causing the damage. He hesitated and asked how much it would cost for the repair. Since I had no idea, I told him I did not know. He showed his reluctance to stand behind the repair through his hesitancy and questioning about the repair. He made it very obvious that he wanted nothing to do with correcting the damage other than the cosmetic painting that he had done previously. I will bypass the convenience of going to nearby H&H Golf Carts and I will travel to a more distant golf cart shop for my future needs. H&H has seen the last of my business.

It's a shame more people do not take the time to write a review. I started in January knew I wanted…read moreto buy a 2025 Venom Golf Cart. After meeting Skylar in Jenson Beach, Florida, VB was the closest dealership to where I reside. I received constant communication from the salesman, Tim who I see on the site is theowner.. He had all of my information, I had told him numerous times that I was not ready to purchase the golf cart until April. I was told there was 0% financing on 24/36 months. He told me he would order the cart have it in the shop. I gave $2000 down in good faith to be able to purchase the golf cart said no problem. He would keep it there until I was ready buy it. phone calls persisted, I got preapproved. Did all my financing paperwork with Eddie. 31 January, I was getting pressured on this day to sign my paperwork because Tim was leaving for the month of February to go to Key West after I adamantly told them I was not purchasing until April. They were not very happy never heard from them again, even though they had my money down. I came back from being out of town and called in beginning of March to see about my golf cart I wanted and I drove on a Friday, 3 1/2 hours to the dealership. I put a lot more money down and I was told the following weekend that my cart would be delivered To me. they said they would send me all the financing paperwork, priority mail. I could sign it and send it back. They called me that week on Thursday and told me there was a delay in getting the Golf Cart that it wouldn't be getting delivered. I went away for the weekend got back on Sunday and the financing paperwork was in my mailbox.. I read it over, put it back in the mail to be picked up on Wednesday, I was assuming that the golf cart was coming that next weekend. I called on Thursday to confirm that the Golf Cart was coming this weekend. As soon as I was told that the golf cart was not coming I told the finance manager that the financing paperwork would need to be redone. Granted he did not even receive it as of that point when we had the phone conversation. He said yes that we could redo the paperwork waited all the following week to hear from them. nobody called so I called them and told them that the cart needed to be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday and the corrected paperwork needed to come with it to, Eddie tried telling me on the phone that he was gonna have to re-run my credit. If I had to have new paperwork, signed, I told him that was a bunch of bull ***t. I was told that that's what they would do, the person they had delivering the Golf Cart arrived at about 8:15, pm, he had some bogus piece of paperwork they gave him to have me sign, which was-insignificant, he was just theMessenger. I couldn't blame the driver who is delivering the cart, it was pitched dark out. I haven't even seen the Golf Cart, I don't know if there's an owners manual that came with it. I don't know anything... . Because Eddy went ahead and submitted all of the financing paperwork anyways. Such dishonest people. Eddie or Tim wouldn't answer their phones to explain. there was supposed to be a cover for the golf cart that did not come. They were supposed to redo the financing paperwork. They did not do that. I have no copies of any of the paperwork I signed. They submitted the paperwork that I signed for March 26 and never received the Golf Cart until 10 April, all they did was lie, lie, lie do not use this dealership. Such dishonest people you can be sure that the creative owners of the Venom will also hear about this dealership and so will the Better Business Bureau. What should've been such an exciting purchase has turned in to such a nightmare.
