He came over to take a look at our floors and give us a quote. First of all he is very charming and my husband and I liked him right of way. He also is very knowledgeable about refinishing wood floors and is a true old world craftsman. He was fair on his pricing, came when he was scheduled to come, cared about what he does, and refinishes the floors himself. He made our covered up 80 year old white oak floors come to life. He was really exceptional. He refinished our stairs and our upstairs bedrooms. We were very satisfied and highly recommend his services.

I found Betty's Cleaning Service on Yelp, and Betty was able to come the same day and literally saved my day! The clean was for the apartment I am moving out of and it was not in the best shape in terms of dust, dirty appliances, etc. and she turned it into "like new" right in time for us to hand over our keys. Betty was courteous and kind and I plan to hire her for our new place after the holiday prior to our baby's arrival --- and I am sure again and again after that. Thanks so much!

Three people, one small condo, and finally some breathing room -- thanks to Tanisha…read more Living with two other people in a compact space means clutter accumulates fast and organization feels like a losing battle. We reached out to Tanisha at Natural Born Organizers, and she has genuinely transformed how we live. She tackled our garage, kitchen, living room, dining room, bedrooms, and linen closet -- and along the way helped us let go of a lot of things we didn't need. She also coordinated with one of her contractors to install shelving in our laundry room, pantry, and linen closet, which opened up even more usable space. That kind of end-to-end thinking is rare. It's one thing to rearrange; it's another to help a household actually decide what belongs and what doesn't -- and then build out the infrastructure to support it. Tanisha did all of it. Her attention to detail is sharp, her energy is wonderful, and she clearly loves what she does. The results speak for themselves. We trusted her enough that when we move into our new home, we've already asked her to help us get settled there too -- and to help my mother-in-law do the same. Her services are absolutely worth the investment. If you're in a tight space with too much stuff and not enough system -- or starting fresh somewhere new -- Tanisha is the person to call.

She doesn't just walk in with cookie-cutter organization. I have used her services professionally for my office and personally for packing and storage. I highly recommend Natural Born Organizers.

I contacted Detail Cleaning Maid because of the glowing yelp reviews. Despite being more expensive…read morethan my usual cleaners, I thought it could be worth it for a better quality cleaning. Unfortunately, they fell completely short of my expectations. Cristina and her team came by for cleaning and scratched both my new stainless steel refrigerator and stove. I've had a few different companies come by before and this has never happened. When I talked to her about it, she offered the next cleaning to be discounted given what happened. Not even this, but her team had missed cleaning the bathroom floor and other parts of the house (they did come back to fix it, but I think it shows a poor attention to detail overall). We contacted her recently to see whether we could get professional cleaning under the previously agreed upon rate and she refused to honor it which shows a lack of integrity and honestly. I was looking for a regular cleaner but will take my business elsewhere.
