I also called the store number and emailed, but got no reply. My friends and I waited outside for 30 minutes before finally leaving. This was supposed to be a fun birthday outing, and instead, we were left standing in a parking lot, disappointed and frustrated. As of today (a full day later), I still haven't heard a word from the owner. I've since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I feel like I've been scammed. Be very cautious if you're thinking of booking anything here.

We had a very unique situation in that our wedding venue suddenly and unexpectedly had to be changed 3 weeks prior to the wedding date, and Hannah was extremely accommodating and flexible through it all.
