The lush ground florals lining the aisle, the cascading floral arches framing our backdrop, and the delicate mix of garden roses, cosmos, and ranunculus felt like walking straight into a fairytale. Every corner of the ceremony space was filled with the most gorgeous blooms. Milieu Florals is a new boutique floral shop adjacent to 7 Leaves Cafe in Gardena. I love the interior decor and how spacious the place looks. The store has a modern appeal, and the natural palette gives off a warm radiance. I also love the floating shelves with beautifully crafted clay pots and exotic chocolates. What I ordered: BOUQUET I wish I knew which flowers she used to make the arrangement. All I can say is that it was BEAUTIFUL. This bouquet was not-your-average flowers that you see at supermarkets. I can't say enough about Hannah Koo so I feel like the best thing I can do for her is write an awesome review.. though I feel like she is getting pretty well known already so in a few years when you hear about famous wedding florists you can say you heard it from me first! A consummate professional, Hannah delivered amazing results for my wedding, which was planned from long distance. Due to the distance, all communications were via phone and email, and she was super responsive. She provided her initial vision, an estimate of costs, and was able to fit within my budget. I was so impressed that I let her run with her plan. She even sent me periodic updates as she shopped for design pieces to complement the floral arrangements. Even with virtually no input from me, other than wedding colors and a theme, of course, Hannah's creations blew me away. Our theme was based on the book, "The Giving Tree". She found these gorgeous wooden boxes depicting the richness of the woods, and even incorporated mini apples into the centerpieces and ring bearer's boutonniere. My godson was the ring bearer, and when he was in another wedding the next year, he asked, "Where's my apple?". Basically, she even impressed a 3 year old. Everything fit right in with the church, reception venue, wedding party, and most importantly our style. Not only is Hannah so perceptive that she is able to figure out our style from one phone call, she does her due diligence. I received rave reviews from all of our guests, including our hard-to-impress moms. Best comments I heard from my guests was that the design perfectly matched us. How much better can it get than that? It's a testament to Hannah's innate combination of artistic sense, creative ability and attention to detail.
