I couldn't get a lot of information from the other roofers until Daniel and his partner inspected my roof. Daniel provided a report and photos supporting that my roof tiles were not installed properly previously by the solar contractor. He also verbally explained to me in detail that some tiles were installed upside down and some tiles installed while cracked, which caused water to enter the roof underlayment and damaged it over time. In addition, he also caught exposed electrical wires on the roof which could cause severe risk and major hazard to us. From Daniel's report, photos, and detailed explanation, I trusted his work immediately and had his company fix our roof. My husband and I were very happy with the work that Daniel and his crew did. We had him install a new roof to my in-law's house as well. I definitely recommend Daniel and his team to anyone as they are very honest and knowledgeable.

I contacted Rich, from the start he was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He answered all my questions and had very competitive pricing (better than other quotes I got). The roof repair was completed on time and Rich handled the permits too with the city, made it easy for us and we would get updates from city, via email. (permits are only required for larger scale jobs). And I appreciated that any time I had questions before or during the roof repair project, I could contact Rich by phone or text, and he would respond in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Roof Pros if you need roof repair, fixes or even just to check as preventative maintenance for your home.

We recently hired NEMA Roofing Solutions to work on our tile roof, and I can confidently say this…read morewas one of the best contractor experiences we've had. Originally, we contacted them hoping to do a spot repair. What really impressed me was that Adam and his team refused to do it. They explained clearly that a spot repair would not be a real solution and would likely fail again. They could have easily taken our money, but instead they were honest and upfront about what actually made sense long term. That level of integrity is rare and immediately set them apart After walking us through the condition of our roof, they recommended replacing the entire section. At first, it felt like a bigger decision, but once everything was explained, it made complete sense. The tile roof was over 30 years old, and doing the job correctly meant addressing the full area rather than applying a temporary fix. We moved forward with their recommendations and are very glad we did.. It's also worth mentioning that NEMA Roofing Solutions is not the cheapest option and that's actually a good thing. You truly get what you pay for. You're paying for experiences, proper advice, quality materials, skilled workmanship, and a company that stands behind what they do. They focus on doing the job right, not cutting corners or offering quick fixes that don't last. The crew was professional, organized, and respectful of our property, and the job site was kept clean throughout the project. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Adam was always available to answer questions and explain the processes , which made the entire experience straightforward and stress-free. The finished roof looks great, and we also received a full warranty, which gave us peace of mind knowing the work is properly backed. Based on our experience, it's easy to see why NEMA Roofing Solutions has such a strong reputation. If you're looking for a roofing company that values honesty, quality, and long term solutions over cheap pricing, I highly recommend NEMA Roofing Solutions. We're extremely happyy with the result and would absolutely use them again!!!

I've been meaning to write this review for years, so here it goes-- I can't recommend this company…read moreenough! The associate who first came to assess our roof and give us a quote was super informative and respectful. There was no "hard sell" and he patiently answered all of our questions even though we were in the middle of other renovations and told him we wouldn't be making any decisions that day. He said "no problem" and sent us the quote to look over. Two months later we booked the job and were thrilled with the results. The whole process was easy and exactly what you'd expect from a good roofing company. They showed up exactly when they said they would, did a wonderful job and cleaned up before they left. Four years later our gutters started to leak. Mind you, this company sub-contracts out the gutter installation, so it technically wasn't their mistake. Specialist Roofing & Repair sent out a supervisor and fixed the issue-- no charge, no delay. All under warranty. They are a WONDERFUL company that does a great job and treats their customers with respect. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Let me just start by saying I'm a researcher. When I look for quotes, I first check Google to see…read morewhat the average price of my expected repair will cost, then get multiple quotes and compare both scope of work and cost. Upon initial inquiry, Specialist Roofing & Repair was pretty quick to reply, so I scheduled a consultation. One odd thing is, when I scheduled, they asked if the would be seeing both my husband and I or just me; I find this a strange question as what if I wasn't married? It is awfully assumptive to think I had to have a husband, but I digress. Noah was scheduled to perform the inspection. He was running a bit late and called about 5 minutes after our scheduled time letting me know he ran into some traffic and would be about another 5 minutes or so. He showed up 20 minutes later and it was the oddest thing, he parked in my driveway. When he came up to the door he asked if it was okay and I said okay, but honestly, I found it really strange and just didn't want to prolong the appointment. Upon inspection, he seemed very knowledgeable and personable and did a pretty thorough inspection taking pictures and videos of the roof and surrounding areas. As mentioned, I am the type to obtain multiple quotes, so I expected that after he did the inspection, we would go over his findings and a few days later I would receive a quote. After he did the inspection, he showed me a video of something the other roofers didn't, which was nice as I like a thorough job, but then said he would be in touch with a quote. I received a phone call a few days later asking to discuss findings, but when I called back, I got an AI bot which was then followed up by a call back from a real person. Oddly enough, when they called, they literally said nothing. They asked if it was a good time to talk and I said yes but they wanted to talk when "my husband was around." Even though I said it was a good time, they said they would call back. I followed up via Yelp message. It has been over a week and I have yet to receive any quote from them. Needless to say, I won't be going with this company. They aren't willing to work with just a woman and are unresponsive.

His quote was very competitive comparing to others as well, and he was able to get me in within 2 days. The day of the repair he was on time, and kept me updated on what he finds. The work was done very professionally, and these people work hard in the heat! Hopefully I don't need their service again anytime soon, but if I do (knock on wood) I would go with these guys again. The only complaint I have is the cleaning process, I walked the driveway and found at least 6 nails/ screws that are hard to miss, and could have punctured our car tires. Anyway it was a very hot day and I'm sure they are beyond tired at that point so not a huge deal to me.

I received quotes from 6 different businesses, but Competition Roofing stood out as the best. From the initial quote, Kyle, the owner, walked me through their whole process. I had a few flashing issues that was making a badly installed window leak and he made certain that they would be addressed during the re-roof. Their pricing came out second lowest of the 6 companies I received quotes from. However, Kyle's communication and praise from other reputable contractors convinced me to roll with them. I wanted the roof done correctly, not necessarily for the lowest dollar amount. Once I signed on, Kyle was there throughout the entire process. He took care of permitting, informed me of when inspectors would show up, and even called to ask if I would like to be moved up on the schedule. I was impressed--I rarely come across contractors that are great communicators. Our new roof took 4 days. Kyle laid out exactly what would happen during each day. He was onsite during the tearoff and walked me through any small issues he saw, such as a few pieces of rotted plywood. The crew Kyle worked with was excellent. Each day, they cleaned up thoroughly and even took in my trash cans on garbage day! What kind of contractors go above and beyond like that? On their final day, one of the workers proudly showed me a video of the roof. I love it when people take such pride in their jobs. After installation, Kyle returned to do a full walk around with me to make sure all of the issues we had previously discussed in the quote were addressed (they were!). Overall, I cannot recommend Competition Roofing highly enough. They are true professionals in their communication, execution, and operations (yes, they are licensed and insured!). There were no pressure tactics, no mysterious charges, and no issues throughout the whole process. I can only hope that I find other companies that are as professional and skilled as they are when my next home project comes around.
