I had a few flashing issues that was making a badly installed window leak and he made certain that they would be addressed during the re-roof. I wanted the roof done correctly, not necessarily for the lowest dollar amount. Once I signed on, Kyle was there throughout the entire process. He took care of permitting, informed me of when inspectors would show up, and even called to ask if I would like to be moved up on the schedule. I was impressed--I rarely come across contractors that are great communicators. Our new roof took 4 days. Kyle laid out exactly what would happen during each day. He was onsite during the tearoff and walked me through any small issues he saw, such as a few pieces of rotted plywood. The crew Kyle worked with was excellent. Each day, they cleaned up thoroughly and even took in my trash cans on garbage day! What kind of contractors go above and beyond like that?
