Woohoo-as good as it gets! Finally this tagline has met its match. I booked Oasis for massage and mani/pedi services for a bridal shower/ bachelorette I was planning for 14 women at a Russian River rental property in Guerneville, CA. I obtained quotes from several other companies, but chose Oasis because their prices were extremely reasonable and they offered massage, facial and mani/pedi not just facials and massage. (by far the best and the only ones I found who had experience providing both mani/pedi and massage contemporaneously for such a large group) We booked 20 minute mini services for all 14 women, including a full hour-plus for the bride and the services lasted from around 12pm-5 or 6pm. Nichole and Mary were professional and exceeded expectations at every step. Nichole was timely in email responses, provided detailed invoicing and they called to check in on their way up from El Granada to Guerneville with an exact ETA. Most wonderful; however, was the service itself. They made our beautiful rental into an informal day spa with candles, lighting, aromatherapy and wonderful, relaxed attitudes. I was wary of the whole "staging" idea, scared it might be kitschy or too girly but they were right on point, candles, dried flowers, good quality equipment and aromatherapy station-- it meshed perfectly with our riverfront house's rustic/modern luxury. I should have realized that they can adapt their setting for either a group of young girls at a "party" or a more serene adult gathering. Nichole and Mary are both excellent at what they do--I asked Nichole about her experience in this industry and she explained to me that they both worked successfully for many years in-house at spas, but branched out on their own since there is a need for this type of mobile service. We were all laughing because every time someone came out of the massage room with Nichole their eyes were rolling into their heads and they would flop on the couches. Nichole followed them out with a heated aromatherapy neck wrap to complete the ecstasy. Hahahaha. Anyhow, Mary also was very detail oriented and often spent more than the allotted 20 minutes to ensure each girl's mani or pedi was given the appropriate attention. She cleaned, sanitized and refilled the soaking tub each time and her OPI and Esssie colors came in a fantastic array of neutral to edgy colors. Both Nichole and Mary exceeded our expectations of what a spa could be. I overheard several of the guests commenting on how they made just enough conversation to put one at ease without making them feel compelled to chat during the service. Several women opted to pay for additional foot or full body massages because Nichole was so good. My roommate gets massages quite regularly and commented that Nichole really knows what she is doing. I highly recommend Oasis for large or small gatherings if you are looking to wow your guests. Did I mention they provided customized aromatherapy products that they mix onsite using pure organic extracts-jasmine, rose, ylang ylang, grapefruit...I was so happy and relieved at how wonderful the whole experience was. By far one of my best decisions to book these ladies. read more

Will definitely use them again for our next event! We had 2 messeuses for a girls birthday weekend. They arrived exactly on time and were very professional. Even with their offices being short staffed, responses were delayed but Nicole was great with communcation and making sure things were lined up for the day of. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Thanks for making our girls weekend perfect! read more

What an amazing experience. The ladies set up quietly outside on the deck, their pedi chair and massage table. The calmly called each of us over for our treatment. They were professional, prompt and just simply kind people. I have received many massages and facials before and these ladies were the best hands down. My face feels and looks wonderful and my toes look fabulous. What a great way to have an extraordinary girls weekend. read more

I really don't even know where to begin... last minute booking for my daughters baby shower of 25 attendees and Nichole and Kelly made it happen and were amazing to work with! From beginning to end my experience was great. I went for two chair massage stations for 3 hours and not only was it extremely reasonably priced, the therapist were amazing and nothing short of extremely experienced massage therapists. The best part was when a couple days had passed and I was still receiving compliments on an amazing baby shower and the massages were the #1 hit! read more

I am so upset. I am hosting a bridal spa party this coming Sat and Nichole was confirmed. I was waiting on the contract agreement and was already to pay the 20%. Now I am stuck trying to find someone else. I have called and emailed and facebooked her many times to get the contract with zero response back. As this is a very important event it would be nice to not have her say yes she can do it and then not respond when trying to pay the 20% up front cost. I am sure when she gets there it looks like a great experience it is unfortunate that no answer has left me with trying to find a last min replacement! read more

Nichole and her staff were great to work with. We had a spa party at work with three treatment stations that included henna, foot massage and chair massage. The therapists were top notch and I received nothing but positive feedback. This was an offsite/onsite with 20 people that was budget friendly. All the therapists were super friendly and engaging. There was a google docs sign up sheet sent in advance. Each session was spread out by 15 minutes. They need about 30 minutes to set up and we had them here for 2 hours. It was so nice to have them come in house since it's hard to get people out of the office. You do have to be a little persistent with initial contact, but all other communication after was responsive. Would highly recommend to groups! read more

I hired Oasis to provide massages for a girls pamper day as a special treat for my girlfriends for the holidays. I had stumbled upon their website online and sent an inquiry via their contact form. I got a response in 6 minutes! I was so impressed with Nichole's professionalism and the thoroughness of her quote. I booked her right away even though the party was 3 months away. Its super hard to find affordable, reliable providers. On the long awaited day, Nichole arrived right on time although all my friends were late. I was expecting a chair massage but she brought a full table! I was so beyond impressed. She proceeded to transform the ambiance of my living room into a day spa, complete with relaxing music and candles to send us all into complete bliss. Nichole was such a delight to work with! We didn't want her massages to end! We were walking on clouds. Needless to say we all highly recommend her! read more

This is the only Mobile Spa you should even consider using. Professional, efficient, and really fun. Nicole really helped me personalize the experience for every one of the Divas that attended my party (all 30 of them) ! This is going to be an annual gathering and I will definitely call on Nicole and Mary to make it perfect. Class, style, and I ended up seeming like the best hostess ever!!!!! read more

I used Oasis Traveling Spa for a friend's baby shower and had a fabulous experience! Their staff was responsive, accommodating and helpful. The massage therapist we got was AMAZING. This was beyond amazing. We had a ladies sleepover and let it run into a Sunday Spa Brunch. What a great idea! We stayed in our cozy PJs and the spa team setup everything Sunday morning. The pedicurist was outside which was a beautiful setting to enjoy the summer day. The massages and facials were done in a bedroom and the esthetician brought all the extras to make it feel like a real spa experience. The rates were so reasonable, considering they are coming to you. I cant wait to plan another event where we can use the spa services again. This allowed us to have a spa vacation experience all in the comfort of my home. All the ladies raved about it and were thrilled. read more

I hired Oasis Traveling Spa at Twin Pine Casino & Hotel, for one of our VIP events on Mother's Day and It was nothing but amazing. Nichole Garibaldi and the staff she brought with her, treated everyone like kings & Queens for an entire 8 hours of the event. I emailed Nichole regarding details of an in-home spa party. After the initial response she never again contacted me. That was two months ago. This seems to be a pattern reflected in other reviews, and it's very unprofessional. read more

Excellent professional service and quality work. II needed a fill badly and wanted them done that day. I did my research and so happy I found Oasis Traveling Spa. With a few texts back and forth, I had a 3p appointment that day. I received another text to see if the nail technician could come at 2:30p and I said yes. Oasis Traveling Spa is AMAZING!!!!! We had a Mother's Day Spa event for our clients at our office and everyone absolutely loved it! Our clients thought it was our best event yet (and we think we've had some pretty great ones in the past!!!!) The team at Oasis Traveling Spa made my bachelorette weekend everything I pictured and so much more! They created an intimate environment with fresh scents, relaxing essential oils, robes, and comfortable slippers; everything you would expect from a Spa, in the comfort of your own home. My best friends and I took turns rotating between the Nail Station where we received awesome pedicures and manicures (inclusive of a leg and arm massage), the Massage chair, and the Essential Oil Station where we created our own signature scent to keep as a souvenir. The best part: we were able to spend the entire time talking and sharing stories with each other, completely uninterrupted. The staff at Oasis Spa are completely professional and a great team. Highly recommend to any ladies needing relaxation and pampering in the comfort of their own home. read more

Nichole was amazing! I hired her to help with my daughter"s 12th birthday. Nichole showed up with absolutely everything! Decor, a glamour station, teen magazines, even music! She was grace under pressure. Many of my daughter's guests had sports commitments during the party and came in and out of the party. Nichole was able to handle everyone and made sure all the girls received all the treatments: manicure, pedicure and a facial mask. Absolutely outstaniding! I would most highly recommend her! read more

What can i say...these ladies are amazing!! Talk about not uptight whatsoever they were able to come into a house full of hungover women eating Cheetos in bikinis (some wearing Obama masks) and bring us back to life!! No questions asked! haha. But seriously they are amazing. We rented a house for the weekend in Sonoma and scheduled a Saturday Spa day for the Bachelorette and the girls to relax and recuperate. Nicole and Co showed up on time and set up a beautiful pedicure station on the front porch as well as a massage room, aromatherapy bar, and a gift bag table with candy. Hot pink amazing-ness everywhere! Reasonably priced and so worth it to have them come to us. All the other girls got to hot tub and lounge around the privacy of our own house in robes and slippers (they provide) while some of us were getting treatments. Girls said "one of the best massages they've ever had". Being able to make our own essential oil at the aromatherapy bar was such a great bonus. Thanks ladies so much for a relaxing and memorable day! read more

I called Oasis Traveling Spa for a last minute adult party and Nicole made everything so easy for me! She was very accommodating and even delivered some of the supplies to me the day before since my party was not in the bay area. She sent Lisa out to do our massages and facials and they ... were ... EVERYTHING! We were ALL in heaven! She literally brought the spa to US! It was so amazing ... nothing like I had expected. We had a "Do It Yourself" Foot soak bar set up and the large pedicure bowls, bath salts, flower buds etc were perfect! She brought towels nicely rolled in a basket and played mellow spa music .. It was truly a party to remember and we thank Oasis for making it possible! I will definitely use them in the future! read more

We had Oasis provide quick neck, shoulder and back massages (on a table, not a chair), and foot massages at a recent baby shower (there were 14 of us). I am an early planner and Nichole was super responsive and went right along with me in the planning despite the amount of lead time we had. She was very professional and organized, and these traits were a big factor in choosing her. When Nichole and Mary arrived, I couldn't be more delighted. They confirmed prior to the day, called ahead the day of, and arrived spot on time in the east bay. Their set up was wonderful and pleasing to the eye (I am particular on my home decor and appearances). Their demeanor and personalities put my guests at ease and excited about getting their massages. I think some guests do not know what to expect when they hear about massages at a party but any hesitation went right out the window when they saw Nichole and Mary. Most importantly, every single girl RAVED about their massages, most saying it was the best they ever had - despite being only massaged for a short amount of time! Everyone was completely loosened up and in such a great mood :) They are reasonably priced for the high quality, upscale service they provide. I can't recommend them enough. read more

Oasis Traveling Spa is the best! I hired Oasis to provide in-home spa services for a "Spa Day" I hosted for good friends in my neighborhood. Nichole was responsive every step of the way during the planning stage and offered great tips to enhance the experience. I booked far in advance and Nichole spent time on the phone and by e-mail with me a number of times to make sure everything would go smoothly on the day of. Indeed it did! Nichole and her very capable crew arrived and set up different stations for various services along with a boutique where my guests could purchase wonderful, natural spa products. She also provided all of the ambiance I could have asked for. My house was transformed into a lovely, relaxing oasis for the day. My friends and I had a fantastic day of relaxation and wellness thanks to Nichole and Oasis Traveling Spa. Everyone who attended was so impressed by the service provided. I highly recommend Oasis and Nichole for home or corporate events! read more

I wish I could give more than five stars. We used Oasis Travelling Spa for an event at a hotel in Burlingame. We were on a rather tight budget, and had to figure out a way to fit a little pampering into 3 hours for 50 ladies. Oasis worked with me to plan how we would go about doing that, the staff arrived early on the day of the event, was set up by our start time, and they even sent someone to help facilitate the treatments during the event. It was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend Oasis. read more

Kelly and Nichole were fabulous and flexible to work with. We had their team come out to a hotel that didn't offer nail services which was so convenient. The nails and henna came out absolutely amazing and the girls had a great time. Prices were good as well for this type of service. 10/10 highly recommended! read more

Whether you decide to do business with a customer who is calling or not, I feel it is important to at least get back to them. It reflects professionalism and courtesy. After calling and emailing oasis 3 times, I have stepped aside. I usually save good businesses numbers for future use, but after reading yelp reviews it seems these ladies habitually don't answer the phone when they don't or cant do business- so no need to keep a number and waste time!. Not good. read more

I have used this service twice. Once as a birthday treat for myself and once as a spa party for my momma-to-be friend. The experience is relaxing and wonderful. The therapists - especially Mary - are lovely people. Kind and professional. They arrived on time and thought of everything. I did not have to do a thing as they transformed my home into an oasis. For the party, they even made the favors. I have had the royal foot treatment, a manicure, and a pedicure. Everything was great, but the royal foot treatment truly felt special. My skin was so happy afterwards. My spirit felt relaxed and well, too. I'm a busy mom, so I love that I can have an authentic spa experience without having to leave my home. I also love that I can throw a party for my friends and sit back, relax, and enjoy their company while getting pampered! I will definitely do this again. read more

Nichole and Mary came to our rescue and I couldn't be more impressed with Oasis Traveling Spa! My friends and I had planned a Girls' Weekend in Santa Cruz and were looking forward to a little time together, sans kids, enjoying some food, wine, sun, and friendship. We had plans for wine tasting, the beach, and made reservations for some great local restaurants. I volunteered to plan the relaxation/spa portion of our trip. I had originally scheduled all of us to travel to a spa/salon in Capitola to have the place to ourselves for a morning of Mimosas and Manicures, but the reservation I thought I had made months ago was accidentally booked over/lost/discarded/etc. I was upset, but I was determined not to let my frustrations get the best of me. I had a Girls' Weekend to plan!!! Enter the FABULOUS Nichole and The Oasis Traveling Spa!!!! I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Nichole. She is amazing! I actually found Oasis here on Yelp! Instead of actually traveling to a salon for some pampering, I thought, why not just have the spa come to us! I called Nichole and eft a message and she called me back later that day. Their website is very detailed with service details, pricing, photos, etc, so I did a little research that day to get an idea of how to set up this "Spa Party" for our Girls' Weekend. Nichole was very helpful and talked to me about different way to set up the party, scheduling my friends' appointments, etc. She even put together a Spa Party proposal, complete with pricing, so that I knew going into the weekend what to expect and how much everything was going to cost. Nichole and I communicated by phone and e-mail and had everything set-up well before our Girls' Weekend was here. When our weekend finally arrived, I knew that it was going to be fabulous! Nichole and her partner in crime, Mary, arrive at our beach house early to get things set up and transform our space into a little slice of heaven. Two of us opted for massages (I have never felt so relaxed and fabulous after a massage!), and 2 others enjoyed the Foot Fantasy treatments in a little outdoor garden sanctuary that Mary created! It was wonderful! When all of the appointments were done, Mary and Nichole then treated us all to an Aromatherapy Consult and we each got to mix our own scents and take some roll-on scents and lotions home as a keepsake! So much fun!!! I'm thrilled with the idea of working with Nichole and Oasis Traveling Spa again for some Teacher and Volunteer Appreciation ideas later this year. :-) It truly was a pleasure to work with Nichole and Mary. Nichole did say that she has a network of dozens of spa therapists, so I know that if you are planning a gathering of a few friends, or a gathering of the masses, Oasis Traveling Spa would be wonderful to work with! read more

Very disappointing! I am on hospital bed rest due to pregnancy and became ecstatic to learn about this service. I contacted Nichole and she responded right away stating she/someone could definitely work with me; after a day or two, I never heard back after I emailed, called, and sent a text message to book the appointment. Looks like there is some history of flakiness from another post I read. I would not even give this business one star! read more

I had recently hosted a spa themed baby shower for my friend and chose Nicole's services for the same. She was very helpful and patient with me in deciding what works for our group. The day of the event, she arrived early with her team to set up. Her spa service was liked by everyone and she was very professional. I loved her attention to detail. One constructive criticism would be that it took her a long time to respond to my initial request and I had almost given up. It would be better if she could be more prompt on responding to bookings. However once I had the initial conversation, the subsequent interactions were prompt. read more

I recently went to one of my good friend's bachelorette parties and her amazing bridesmaids had a special surprise for all of us. They booked a traveling spa service and we were all treated to either a 20 minute massage, manicure or pedicure. It was such a great surprise and the ladies of Oasis were amazing. I opted for the much needed massage and it was 20 minutes of pure bliss! These ladies are super professional, super friendly, and provide exceptional service. They were well organized in timing so many different women. They also had a cute set up of candles, flowers, etc to create a nice ambiance of a spa day. They also had an aromatherapy stations and we had the option to mix and match scents and make our own perfumes! I definitely am going to use them again and again as I have several girlfriends getting married and having 30th birthday bashes! read more

I was so excited to try Oasis and it would have worked out perfect for a bridal party I am hosting. I left 2 voicemails, a text message and e-mailed them through the website. Would never recommend! read more

I recently used Oasis for a work function. Nichole was amazing to work with. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she was totally accommodating. We used Oasis Spa's services for my best friends Bachelorette party and it was PERFECT! The spa team came in quietly and set up in the front room with everything needed to make an in-home spa retreat that included: spa robes, slippers, candles.. the whole works! Nicole brought a special added touch which was a variety of essential oils to smell and make our own oil mixture to use during our spa session and to keep. She was very knowledgeable about all of the oils and answered all of my many questions:) We got to pick from a list of spa services - I got the massage and some of the other gals at the party got pedis and massages as well. They did a great job of catering to the services that we wanted. I have to say that It was one of the best massages I've ever had. I overheard the massage therapist say that she brought another table just in case she needed it since two of the six of the girls at the party were pregnant. She didn't need it but I love that she was over prepared. Nicole and her team at Oasis Spa really thought of EVERYTHING! They truly went above and beyond to make the bachelorette and her mob of ladies' at home spa retreat so special, relaxing and a weekend that we will always remember. read more
