Instantly, I heard back from Keith to schedule a home visit. In the first week of January, Keith came by to do a look through. He was very kind and professional. Keith emailed my estimate within several days. Our bathroom remodel was scheduled to take 14 days, but it was completed within 9 days, which was good for our family considering we only have one bathroom. From initial contact throughout the project Jeff, HHR Supervisor, kept open communication with me every day. He kept me afloat on what they found, what needed to be done, what my options were. Jeff and his team were very detailed and the level of work they did was beyond superb. From our first contact, Kai was responsive, communicative, and transparent. He kept us informed throughout the renovation, from the initial estimate and planning process to selecting materials and appliances and completing the finishing touches. He was easy to reach, answered our questions promptly, and kept us updated on the project's progress. Even after we moved back in, he remained available to address a few minor adjustments that naturally come up after a major renovation, which we appreciated. The project was estimated to take about four months, and despite a few minor delays that were outside of anyone's control, it was completed within the expected timeframe. We did go slightly over the original quote, but that was due to the additional upgrades and changes we chose to make during the renovation. Ming, who manages the day-to-day work on-site, was excellent. He was organized, detail-oriented, and made sure the work was completed to a high standard. It was clear that he cared about the quality of the finished product and kept the project moving efficiently. Also they put microwave above the stove, before we just had weak hood. Lighting came out really nice, especially around island, and accent panels looks really cool.
