She told me Truli You. I made an appointment and haven't look back. I enjoy coming to Jack. He is so easy to work with. I text him and make an appointment and then show up. Lol! Really easy. He does my nails and his wife does my toes. I love the way his wife shapes my toes nails and he shapes my nails. I am very picky about my shape so I enjoy coming here. I also like Jack because he can do designs within reason. Lol. He's good for simple designs which is what I get. My last shop could hardly do any designs and I didn't like that. I don't get designs every time. It just depends on what mood I'm in. I also like that they have a broad color selection at this shop as well. The customer service here is amazing. I don't have anything to complain about. However, if I did, I would just make my issue known to Jack and he would take care of it. I called to tell the owner and after speaking with him and also sending photos I was told well that's a blister (it most definitely is not). He asked what I wanted him to do about it, typically when a business has done something negative to a customer they will offer X% off their next service or financial reimbursement. The owner was not interested in that. Take this as a warning that although this salon's prices are lower than others you will also be exposing yourself to the possibility of an infection.

I asked that the cuticle be cleaned up since the tool messed up my cuticle , he insisted that it was already messed up when I came in. Then he wanted to charge me for trimming my cuticle i was not willing to pay for this. I recommend calling ahead, then you are disappointed during busy times. Many customers have favorite nail techs. I typically don't schedule an appointment and have always been happy with my nail techs when I do "walk-in" service, they all talented. The techs are soft spoken, kind, and very courteous. They are talented, always trying to do their very best. The owners, Brandon annd Jamila, are super friendly, they work hard at knowing their customers, learning customer names and remembering personal details. They are delightful to be around. The prices are reasonable and very competitive for the area. Cash is preferred and there's a "no fee" ATM machine at the door. I highly recommend Blue Ash Nails; it is a neighborhood treasure.
