She checked with me before and during about preferred pressure and she kept it right where I like it - light to medium. Her hands are strong and magical and I felt completely "cured" of my stress at the end and into the next few days. She really released so much tension out of my neck and shoulders, legs and feet. And definitely do the scalp massage! I had a tension headache and omg that scalp massage was a divine cure. That brought my relaxation to 110%! My only suggestion is her hands move fast which makes it a little harder to get into a "zen" state than with slow hands. But Maria has her system and I like it ! So I would most definitely see her again when I am back in the area. Wonderful rejuvenating experience!

When I called to ask about reactivating it, I was told that reactivation was possible--but I would lose all of my credits in the process. That's hard to interpret as anything other than predatory. Credits were paid for, not complimentary, and erasing them as a condition to regain access feels deeply off-putting. After reading through recent reviews, this doesn't seem like an isolated issue, and the overall trajectory of the location doesn't inspire confidence. Between the policies and the customer experience, it's difficult to see how this place maintains long-term trust.
